Last year I bought a residential apartment by modi builders hyderabad on my friend's recommendation.All the projects seemed quite impressive that it was difficult for me to make up my mind and select any one of them. I’m glad that I finally found all features exactly what I was looking for in greenville apartments. I think I made a right decision by investing on modi builders. My home buying experience with modi builders was completely hassle-free. Looking forward to shift there asap.

Modi builders launching their new projects in Hyderabad its a totally fake news guyss. do not any flat from this builder as it will cost alot. they will tricky trap your money once and will block you from the contacts. the promise and the publishing all is literally fake of this company.

I am telling you plz do not buy or sell any flat from this builder they will never live up to your expectation as well as their commitment.

Being the first time I have built a home from modi builder, they made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable.

The whole team at Modi Builder all very helpful and know their product. The build process was easy and well managed keeping me up to date with the process along the way. I now wouldn't hesitate to build again one day.We highly recommend their services. The team is very powerful and well behaved.So far, overall is very nice.!

I purchased a flat in Palm Springs Phase II project at Kompally. Modi Builders are yet to complete their construction even after 5 to 6 years.

They promise and publish all the good things that a buyer would get attracted to but in the end their delivery is so poor, you start regretting your decision to buy from such builders.

They are highly unprofessional, does not care for their customers once you clear off all your dues, very arrogant and has a thorough bullying negative attitude.

The quality of work is even inferior than smaller developers. They will promise you something like Taj Mahal but you will be receiving some building which needs to be finished on your own, and you might have to pay from your pocket to complete the pending works.

Quality of work is much inferior and nothing gets delivered as what was shown in the brochure Or as per their agreement. Their main aim is to extract more money out of ignorant customers.

Please do not get trapped by their sweet talk or by the advertisements.

I bought a villa from Modi Builders in the year 2007 for a hefty price. I realized later that it was a huge mistake. The property was overpriced and I thought the builder is charging more for the quality. But I faced many problems.

The quality of construction was inferior. We had many problems with the common amenities. Swimming pool is not ready yet. The tiles of the club house were broken.

The tennis court doesn't have a proper surface. I had to install the net and fix the problems with my own money. The lights do not work.

He charges hefty monthly maintenance amount with no transparency. I can write another 100 pages about the problems but I do not have time.

In summary, if you want to avoid the problems that I faced, DO NOT BUY FROM MODI BUILDERS.

Prospective buyers of any property from Modi Builders - please beware. I bought an independent villa from them back in 2006 - almost eight years back. I paid in full for this villa as per their requests for payment but it was not until 2012 that I was given a possession.

At the time of possession, I was promised that several minor things that are pending will be completed as soon as we are ready to move. They said that it is better to wait as otherwise, there is a chance of theft for items such as sanitary fittings etc.

It is 2014 now and despite repeated requests, they did not complete their requirements for my house. Further, even after eight years, they have left many common amenities unfinished. The electrical wires were supposed to be under-ground but they are lying in the open, there is no RO water supply, the swimming pool is not finished and the list of unfinished amenities is very long...

If you are considering buying any property from Modi Builders, please learn something from my experience.

Modi builders & realtors pvt ltd. Are the cheaters of the millenium!Never fall prey to their advertisements unless you want only that. B'coz that is the only thing they give to everyone including their customers.

Till you pay money they will speak sweetly and do everything. After that they neither receive your calls nor they return your calls.

Get the customer, forget the customer is their unwritten policy.Their work is third class!! (actually there is no word to describe their work).

They should be put behind bars. One day they will join xyz in jail.
