I am the owner of Modi Elegance.very worst construction quality and very poor maintenance(Modi management is fail to give the basic services to the customers, no proper house keeping services, no proper lift operating, Lot of seapage issues, Water leakages, plumbing issues.Staff rude behaviour, no response from management and staff.Dont buy flats in Modi builders.
