Worst Service Ever
Saturday & Sunday Holiday Time For Customer Support As Well As For Technician Worst Whatapps Support Ever BOT Replay For Whatapps Disappointed Customer Support Call Is Not Toll Free And Never Connected On Call Only Throung E-mail Or App Complaints

Extremely disappointed with Tikona's service! Our internet has been down for a week, and despite multiple calls to customer support, no action has been taken. I paid for the entire year in advance, and now I'm stuck with this poor service. Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. Think twice before choosing Tikona!

I will never recommend tikona wifi service to anybody they will never solve your problem on time but at the time of payment they will call you multiple times but if you have any problem on wifi or internet they will never solve your problem they will give you reason that our worker are busy they are with other work even when you contact on help line number they will not pick your call very third class service at all
I am about to change this services, down time more than 36 hours, not able to reach customer service executive, engineer do not visit on time, customer feels help less, as I have paid for 6 months, will change as soon as Subcription ends
Be aware of Tikona broadband. They are shutting down their operations and ditching customers.
I paid ₹ 2999/ yearly payment on 1st of June 2014
and from 2nd of June internet connection gone.
They keep their toll free number switched off, keep messaging engineer visit assigned. Without visit of an engineer sms sent with tag "Engineer visited".No response of mail. No resolution, neither ready for disconnection nor ready to refund. Their sales person offering new airtel connection without refund. They harass customers after taking yearly payment. No service. Don't buy internet connection from these sub sellers. They don't have their own identity. Dishonest people.
Tikona service provider is fraud. they take double payment from me and didn't provide refund. also customer care number don't have any executive that we complained them. I message them every day but they only message me be patience. we will review and refund your process as soon. this incident have 1 month now but they didn't refund me. they don't have service issue resolver team . so please don't use
I have opted for prepaid wifi plan of 6months but they have charged additional amount of Rs 847 for not recharging.After lot of discussion the send email and telephonic confirmation that they won't charge additional amount and they will Wave off tlRs 847 after I recharge for this cycle of 6 months but now they say they didn't give any official confirmation about Wave off.I have WhatsApp chat in their official customer care number and also reminding of the telephonic call...

Very worst service by tikona i have done the yearly package but in every month 4/5 days tere is an issue with tikona providers so i will suggest you don't take the service from tikona and the customer support is also very poor
I wish I could give Tikona WiFi services zero stars because they truly deserve it. My experience with Tikona has been nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break down the numerous reasons why Tikona is the worst internet service provider: Unreliable Connection: The connection drops more often than I can count. It's frustrating to be in the middle of something important, only to have the internet suddenly disappear. Poor Customer Service: Dealing with Tikona's customer service is a nightmare in itself. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem to have no idea how to resolve issues. Slow Speeds: Even when the connection is up, the speeds are abysmally slow. Streaming a video or downloading a file is a luxury I cannot afford with Tikona. Billing Issues: Tikona's billing system is a mess. They overcharge, add random fees, and it's nearly impossible to get a refund for their terrible service. Outdated Equipment: The equipment provided by Tikona is outdated and frequently malfunctions. It's like they're using technology from the Stone Age. No Regard for Customer Satisfaction: It's clear that Tikona does not care about its customers. They are only interested in taking your money and providing the bare minimum service.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Tikona for your internet needs. Save yourself the frustration and headache and look elsewhere for a reliable internet service provider.
TIKONA TECH SUPPORT is the worst. I had no internet for days! I am a work from home employee. I had to switch to Mobile data so that my productivity was not impacted. To make matters worse, I recommended Tikona to 2 other WFH colleagues. One did not receive service from day 1.
We formally wrote to Tikona to disconnect services but the retention team called us weeks after signing up for a new Internet connection.
Collections Team has been harassing us now, abusive language. Unacceptable! Next Step - Record the calls and post on Social media
I have a tikona broadband and past time I had registered the request because internet is not working, after 1 hours engineer came to my house and told me my tikona set top box is a 2.4 ghz that's why we cannot provide the internet
The wifi goes off very oftenly when we complaint to them they have te recorded service voice which says we have registered ur complaint and it will be resolved soon which never resolves.In every few moments there are ping drops and the wifi stops working for some time.the sevice guy after trying to connect for a long time says he will send a technician the next day but no one came.

Almost a month completed since relocation request and still not a single call to relocate my services.

These people are no less then fraudsters, they tried to harass their user demanding money. If not paid legal case will be filed. Never ever take their services.

And connection is so dull that you have to call the customer support every time and response is bad.
After using their connection when you ask for disconnection they will never get back to you on your mail. Instead they will keep calling you asking whether you are using your service or not.
They have the worst connection which fluctuates with minor changes in weather and they claim that their services are the best!
You can drop them 20 mails still they will never reach out to you for disconnection.
Then, one day they call you saying if you don't clear your bills an Legal Action will be taken against you. Which by the way they do.
Here you are wondering what dues you haven't even used their services as you disconnected even before your previous month payment was not even used.
This company is a fraud.

Hi,
I used tikona broadband service for almost 1.5 years. My plan was prepaid which I ised to pay in advance for 6 months. Last time I paid in Jan-2023 for 6 months so until June-2023 I paid in advance. But due to pathetic service I stopped using it after Apr-2023.
In first week of June they send me renewal alert which I ignored because I did not want the service and since it was prepaid there was no due. But from July onwards they started sending me billing invoice and said it was not fully prepaid. Now they are threatening me for legal action.
This is such a bad practice to earn money. I request all people not to opt for tikona broadband. You will unnecessarily increase your BP by opting their service.
I would have given 0 star.

Tikona service is as it is with disconnect at any time due to their some internal issue and did not resolve since last 5 days. At any time their internet is disconnected. I dont recommend tikona.

You can write your complaint to online consumer forum, they will give you call and ask for details. first they will verify all the documents then with the cost of 500 I believe they can launch online complaint. I tried it once and on the same day I got update from TIKONA hence I have not launched any complaint but yes we can raise it no doubt.
