My experience with Truecaller has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. Their customer support team deliberately evaded my questions, and when I persisted, they abruptly stopped responding altogether. This behavior is deeply troubling and shows a blatant disregard for user concerns and transparency.

Given these serious privacy issues and the lack of accountability, I strongly advise against downloading or using Truecaller. Protect your privacy and steer clear of this app. There are better, more trustworthy alternatives out there.

I absolutely love truecaller but here is one thing that I can't believe you did , you can get free premium for a week if you invite someone that has never used it before and when you do invite them you can see who searched for you , so before I had premium for a week i got a notification that someone searched for me and i was curious to know who it was so i invited someone for premium and now i am unable to see who searched me ! Truecaller please come back to me and fix this , this is fraud!!

I as of late downloaded the Truecaller application and it has been only a disappointing encounter. I was at first dazzled by its elements, for example, recognizing obscure guests and hindering spam calls. Be that as it may, my fervor immediately transformed into dissatisfaction.

In different cases, the application has distinguished authentic calls as spam, bringing about missed significant calls from clients and relatives.

Ultimately, I find the connection point of Truecaller befuddling and not easy to use. Exploring through the application is troublesome, and a few highlights are stowed away or not effectively open. Moreover, the application continually shows commercials, which can meddlesome and irritate.

All in all, I'm very disappointed with my experience utilizing Truecaller. It is a deceptive application that needs critical improvement in its elements, connection point, and protection settings. I am using truecaller from last 6 yrs. But it's a sweden based company. And I am a Muslim so i will not allowed anybody to earn any single penny amnt from Muslim.

So this is the reason for uninstalling #truecaller.

I was upgraded to premium without my consent or knowledge. I was billed 199€ out of the blue. No refund after I contacted them. They behaved like pirates.

Well as most of us are aware about this mobile app Truecaller which identifies the caller information and display us when the caller calls us right?

If yes Then we have incomplete knowledge about it.

Truecaller is a Swedish company founded in 2009 by Nami Zarringhalam and Alan Mamedi. it has more than 320 million users around the world. The founders might have thought that it will be the helpful mobile feature to identify the caller globally.

But things are not as safe as it seems to be.

I have done lot of experiment and research before sharing this review and what made me to do that?

Answer is I am a 24X7 internet person always available online due to my work so few days ago while surfing on internet late night I saw an advertisement on social media about contact datas someone was sharing it online. So I contacted that person through message on social media by saying that I have a call centre and I need phone number data they agreed to sell me.

So I went in depth of conversation to confirm whether he/she is not lying and finally took a risk to purchase the data.

they shared me a payment link I went through it and made a payment and after sharing the payment receipt I got the data which was very shocking.

I found there were many college students / credit card holder / online shopping customers / truecaller and other contact details along with their Name, Location & Mobile numbers

.

The total data is of 10 Lakhs plus contact numbers.

Not only this after that I started my research in more depth it took me 6 days to find all the answers of my question specially how this datas are theft and why they are sold. That I am not going to mention in this review but in short this is not as safe as we think.

Some features and details about this app for those who don't know:

1.Caller iD: Yes

(But not 100% Accurate(People those who use this app and fill details in their profile that is displayed to other)

For example My Name is Mr.X and if I am using truecaller app and creating my profile for the first time then I can fill my Name as Mr.Z and that will be shown to others when I call.

1 - Agar Truecaller aadhar( Uidai) Id se Saajha kar leta h to isme customer ne jis id se sim card allot kiya h uski details usme show karegi jisse customer ko fraud call aane par customer sachet ho jayega isse truecaller ki identification se customer ko bhut fayada mil sakta h and fraud calls samapt ho jayegi . 2 - Agar truecaller apne is subhidha ko Chargeable rakhta h jisme customer other calls ki identification activation rakhne ke lea recharge bhi kar sakta h jisse truecaller ko online income source bhi milega. 3- Agar koi bhi finance sector ya koi company apne business purpose ke lea sim card allot karata h to uska registration charge and Company CIN no with proper documentation ke sath register kra sakta h jisse kabhi bhi agar customer ko kisi finance ke regarding agar koi call aata h to customer ko company ki details show karegi jisse customer ko fraud calls se kafi relax milega. Isse truecaller caller ko extra income source bhi milega and customer ko correct information bhi rahegi and I truecaller ka identification bhi kafi strong hoga.

Scammers - Their premium subscribtion keeps showing me ads, i have to open the app everytime and click on premium and it says move subscribtion from another number!

They cant make the app work proberly if you have two sim card and their support team is useless and they did not offer any compensation for having this issue and bug for the past 150 days!

And also did not fix it too.

True caller is one of the best application for those who want to use in many purpose .This is very good as well as it is very easy to use . if we get a call from the unknown number than we can find that whose number is that, who is calling and what is the name of the the caller soo we can easily find that . so this app is very good.

I had got to know different reviews about Truecaller App. One big advantage of this App you can trace unknown numbers and names sometimes locations also. I got some negative reviews that people can hack through this app and collect the person's important confidential information such as - passwords, bank details etc . As we are getting news about all types of online fraud cases. So I think we should not 100% trust on such App.
