It’s been so long I’ve been looking for a new home in Narsingi. These Luxury Flats just caught my attention and there on I stopped my hunting for flat for sale. This is the great place with sufficient amenities for life. I would like to suggest everyone who is first time buyer to buy apartment with this group. This project provides a perfect blend of quality and beauty. Excellent location and very supportive team, its been a smooth transition from flat registration to handover! I would recommend Accurate wind chimes to everyone!

Very bad service from Accurate. Once the flat is sold then neither the builders nor the so called crm will give attention.

Construction: At par.

Security: Just a showoff. Its of no use.

Maintenance: They will take high maintenance charges but won't provide proper service.

Internet: Below par. Everyday you will get network issue. They have an agreement with Pioneer from where they earn commission and doesn't allow other providers inside.

All lights in the society are switched off after 11 to save on electricity and earn profits.

They will create and implement their own rules on the residents.

Accurate collected Maintenanceof 25rs/sft upfront for initial one year during the flat booking period, as I am in abroad they have collected my sign on maintenance agreement without date while I was in india in 2018 oct. later they modified to their wish date 01 July 2018, though they have completed flat in feb 2019, they would like to charge from July 2018. This is an epic evidence of their decadence. And shows how greedy they are.

Similarly they have done so many fraudulent incidents while disbursements as well.

Bottom line is. We can buy the apartment As it has a nice community. However, be cautious during the agreements.

Recently I bought a flat in this society. The marketing team talked very professionally in the beginning. They said flats are ready to move in. However when I got it registered, they were not giving possession inspite of so much follow up. Finally they gave me possession but I had to pay price. They forced me to sign up an agreement so that I have to pay maintenance fee before I got it even registered. They say that it is ready to move in. But they don't give possession since it is not. They lie everywhere. When I talked to existing residents, I came to know that these things are very common here. They charge huge maintenance for nothing. They remove the honest reviews as well. If you speak true about them they would harass you. If you have any problem, they will never respond to you. Very bad service. You can find the paid reviews they have put everywhere . You can easily identify them as they will be either paid or by their own employees who are forced to put good reviews.

Visited the project recently. I liked the functional day care. It is located near Gachibowli and has a swimming pool, Clubhouse with sports facilities. The prices are reasonable. I like the project and the location. When we visited the entire team was welcoming and guided in a good manner. I am impressed by seeing the pool and amenities. I give thumsup to this project and the location too.

I had the onerous task of finding an apartment for my close friend in US returning to India. His priority was children's schooling. Looked up about 7 projects. Liked this one as it is very convenient on location with good schools like Oaskridge, DPS, Future Kids, Rockwell close by. The flats are ready to go-in and costing is competitive. My friend has not seen it physically but booked a flat as he wanted ready to move in flats. Good project, good amenities, nice response from sales team.

The location is convenient. It is easy to go to Airport.The surrounding areas are fast developing .The outer ring road is close by.

I recommend this project. Affordable, Larger Balconies, Adequate amenities. Must visit project. Their Cellar concept from Ground floor is good. Hospitality is good. Very reasonable rates. Their amenities part is designed nicely. I wanted to recommend this to my family and friends.

Accurate Wind chimes are the decent apartments that we came through. All the amenties that they are providing are really good. House plan is designed in such a way so there is good ventilation which is very important. Every room is spacious enough for a family of 4 to live. As working in gachibowli tech parks, we started looking for a house to buy. We received many calls from other societies and chose to visit all of them.In which this was the best with fantastic view and perfect location. At first when we are searching for a 3bhk flat, we came across Accurate wind chimes, Gachibowli. It is a spacious venture with 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk flats. If you are searching for the same, you are at the right place like me.

There was a reception at the entrance for pre-bookings with well maintained staff, greeted well and they were so courteous and explained each and every thing in detail. They explained each flat with dimensions, how it looks, facing and offered discount as an early bird offer for pre-bookings.

Staff and customer service:Customer service is appreciated all the times when we pre-booked the flat and left, they timely gave the satus update of the construction, everything in detail including the ceramic ware that is used in kitchen to the door quality, everything seems perfect with Accurate wind chimes.

Amenities: First of all they maintained greenery around, water supply is great, clean air and atmosphere, proper road maintenance with footpaths, a pleasant place for morning and evening walk, eateries with south indian and north indian cuisines, two Supermarkets at a stretch and even there is a temple inside the venture which they constructed at the beginning of the venture. Ambiance is best and it is very cool even if the temperatures touches 40 degrees. There is a swimming pool inside and  a club house they started recently. Children loves to play in the play ground and there is a day care for babies. Proper security checks at entrances is one of main factor which I considered here. It is hard to get all these amenities at an affordable price.

Nearby: It is near to the highway and has the best connectivity to nearby schools, colleges, hospitals, companies and so forth. there is no need of a hurried life I guess.

Close to the workplace so that I can take care and have a look at my children at my free hours at work. It's very close to my workplace. Away from pollution which will help my children grow in a good atmosphere. Away from the city but very close by to all the essential needs of daily uses.
