Being a new mother and an IT EMPLOYEE I am always worried about my child safety and here comes an answer for all my worries. This has day care which is safe and sound and a play area as well where kids can have some outdoor activities. Also has good ventilation and ambience is nice as well . It is a worthy project to invest and live.The project is well planned and provides good amenities.Good infrastructure and all facilities available like parks, swimming pool etc., And alsi price of the 2bhk and 3bhk are affordable.The project provides close proximity to schools, colleges, Transport and hospitals.It also provides double coated ceiling and good staff to full fill the needs of the clients.

Recently I visited accurate wind chimes at narsingi(gachibowli).best thing about project is its very near to main areas like schools, colleges, hospitals. One more good thing about project is they are presenting child focused homes with good amenities, so many sports like badminton, swimming, chess with coach, they are providing everything needed at the same time they providing good safety. Accurate builders are the best I have seen among all near narasingi with child focus theme, which is unique.This is a very nice project with 2hk and 3bhk, club house, gym, indoor games for kids, swimming pool.It is located on the main road which is helpful and very near to wipro circle.And it is supported by a fantastic staff who always try to satisfy the needs and requirements of clients with good service. price is affordable side for this locality, in overall a good community in Narasingi, Hyderabad.

Nice community with child focused Theme . The mall next to the project highly advantage, cantonment area so you won’t have much traffic or pollution. The project is spacious. the floor plan and flat configurations are good. Common areas like corridors, stairs, podium have premium/luxury finish. Price is a affordable side for this locality. Accurate Wind Chimes is a well located project as it is close to my office at financial district. I travelled from work to the site location and it only took me approx. 10 mins. What also impressed me is the pricing that fit into my budget. This was something that was a concern when I started looking out for an apartment in a gated community where a 2BHk apartment went beyond 65 Lakhs. Here I was able to get myself a spacious 2BHK at my budget. Besides I had a choice of sizes to choose from in the 2BHK which was difficult in other projects that I saw. A major advantage with this project is that it is a less crowded community with only about 580 apartments. One thing for sure residents won’t be fighting for water during summers and there will be no traffic jams at the exit while going to office. Over all with the facilities they are offering and the quality of finish I saw in their apartments was a lot better than some reputed builders I’ve seen in the past.

Accurate developers not only pays interest on your home loan till the date of possession but also gives you the comfort that your home will be delivered on time. Visited the project recently. I liked the functional day care. It is located near Gachibowli and has a swimming pool, Clubhouse with sports facilities. The prices are reasonable. I like the project and the location. When we visited the entire team was welcoming and guided in a good manner. I am impressed by seeing the pool and amenities. I give thumsup to this project and the location too.

I had the onerous task of finding an apartment for my close friend in US returning to India. His priority was children's schooling. Looked up about 7 projects. Liked this one as it is very convenient on location with good schools like Oaskridge, DPS, Future Kids, Rockwell close by. The flats are ready to go-in and costing is competitive. My friend has not seen it physically but booked a flat as he wanted ready to move in flats. Good project, good amenities, nice response from sales team.

I recommend this project. Affordable, Larger Balconies, Adequate amenities. Must visit project. Their Cellar concept from Ground floor is good. Hospitality is good. Very reasonable rates. Their amenities part is designed nicely. I wanted to recommend this to my family and friends.

Close to the workplace so that I can take care and have a look at my children at my free hours at work. It's very close to my workplace. Away from pollution which will help my children grow in a good atmosphere. Away from the city but very close by to all the essential needs of daily uses. Children parks are the best thing to pass their time in this vacation season. Will always recommend to people who are in search of a flat with basic amenities and nature-oriented.

Dealing with them is good and genuine too. They support your requests at initial stage with warm welcome and do the needful according to our needs. The sales staff was really helpful while coordinating the whole process and I got easily loan and everything.

When I and my husband went to see Accurate Wind Chimes, I had no idea about it. But it was too good and we really liked it.

Children area is good and also we found very nice badminton and also fitness area.

We are happy that we found the corner flat with great ventilation and breeze.

From beginning to the end I found that the customer service is good and so it is satisfactory.

We would, of course, recommend it to others.

It is nearer to my kid's school and mine and my husband's office. I would say its worth your money
