The employees are very corrupt. They are colluding with brokers and increasing the prices and not giving information also.

Please don't buy any plot from this company. They are not returning my money for the last 6 months. Every time I call they will tell me some nonsense answers. I am moving to court in this matter,

Went to Peram group by seeing their reviews, but its just like any other real estate guys who starve for black money.They always asks for more money in cash with no proof of transaction happened and when time comes for registration they will clearly say that if you pay more money in cash we will make registration charges less otherwise you will end up paying more money in registration. while paying booking amount they will say nice words to convince you that the registration and every thing other will be reduced but money part only after you pay more than 50% of total amount. Feels like there is no transparency in their rules if at all they exits. Even plot marking too are not marked correctly.every body will have their own document with different measurement, I suggest you better go and do the plot measuring yourself.

Shankarpally.. it's hardly 30 km distance from Wipro & Microsoft, the Radial road is in progress, which is very short route from Wipro circle to shankarpally,

The main issue with the compnay is, it is running without any ethics and company does not check sales team profiles before they recruite. Sales team givesfake details and false commitments . sales team does not care and respondonce the cuatomer pay the booking amount. I have a recorded conversation with sale agents . there was an issue with land, but they hide it and sold to customers but till date registration not happened and now customer has to visit the office and check with the legal team about the issue sales team do not care.

Paid 40% in sep2019 and they said registration will be done by dec2019 but still they are saying getting LP is in process . Can anyone tell me if you have any latest update other than LP and whether registration will be done in 2020 or not.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD They are biggest fraud company. They first told me that prices of plot increasing. So, to finalize plot price, they asked me to pay 1 lakh and complete amount will be refunded in one week if not buying plot due to any reason. I believed their words and paid amount. I informed withinn 2 days after my father visited site that we dont want it. Now they took more than 1 month to process and refunded 94K after deducting 6K for cab and swiping charges. They are biggest fraud company. I have call recordings with sales people as proof that they promised. When I call anyone, they are saying they are not responbile. All investors read this before you invest in plots. NEVER EVER BUY A PLOT WITH PERAM GROUP.

Do not join in peram group as employee or sales person, or buy sites or plots.

Very untrustworthy people

they will use and throw everyone

too much caste feeling, the management liking spooning

many rogues are given power and all of them are womanisers

no security for ladies.

management also dont care when a lady is giving complaint on a womaniser

the managing directors are using very bad words on the staff - nobody cannot tolerate

they are selling same plot to many people - many problems to customers also

all the truth we typed here. we have proofs for every thing

some day will come .then all the truths will burst.

believe me.

if you want a personal experience. it is very painful

Plot 7, north east facing, has a drain pipe in master plan which should leave a space of 6metres including the drain pipe. The plot size was including this. The field executive and the manager too kept the customer unaware on this and infact raised the plot value including this area too. Any customer looking to buy this plot may look at this point before making a purchase.

I have given letter to refund my money. Visited office and office staff taken my request politly. Very good reception. I am waiting for my refund amount.

We entered in to deal with perams magnum opus phase2..its almost two years and still they did not get LP NUMBER. Even cancellation procedures are not prompt. Be careful and act vigilent before entering Peram group.

Please be careful about this company, If we drop the deal nobody can give response for refund, It take you more than 60 days. Be careful before paying token amount.
