Hai friends sharing my experience with peram group perfect individual community for housing.recently got a job in mnc company hyderabad and we are shifted to hyderabad has to shift to this location, we thought of buying a plot and I am started searching for a good community. one of our mutual friend suggested us about peram group and we checked everything with them. happy to buy our dream home here and I can say this is the appreciable service. price is very reasonable, affordable and reliable. happy that you became our first and last choice. even the concept and plot designing is also awesome. and those incredible amenities added value. we are very much satisfied with the children area that help us to relieve. can get transportation to anywhere in city. very near to our office too. thanks for all these facilities.you guys helped us for this.such a nice infrastructure. you helped us in balancing our busy life and nature's touch which is very important these days.this venture is highly standardized and outstanding plan it is. highly secured and it has 247 hospitality.

Investing in Land and believing in the person selling the land is a hand-in-hand approach. Looking at Peram's brand and Marketing executives(Brokers / Agents / Commission workers) boast themselves as Cheifs and Directors, misleads the buyers.

They sell even a Non-LP land and Non-purchased lands. ie., they sell lands first and then purchase(with the 30% amount you paid). Also, they take amount from you for "Development" and "Develop" the land with your money only. So, they are working with 0 capital!

Hello everyone, my name is diwakar nayar My native place is kerala. but I was settled in hyderabad. I am a business man. Last year I was purchased a plot in aditya royal. After a many research, I chose peram group company to buy a plot. I bought a plot in their peram aditya royal project which was located in nandigama. Before purchased the plot, there is a good conversation with them. They are clearly explained about the process, payment, facilities and benefits. After that only I bought it. Now I was very satisified with their service.

Marketing Agents will irritate to purchase and mislead you. There won' t be any guarantee for your money.

Think twice, Act wise.

Plan for alternate options for investing money.

They will sell

1. Mortgage Lands

2. Lands without LP number

3. Unapproved Lands.

Marketing Agents are not answerable for the purchase land.

In the month of Mar - 2018, visited Peram Aditya Elina, I booked plot from the agent Uma Maheswar ., paid booking amount, later paid around 30% of total cost of the plot, when we asked about the registration we came to know that it is Mortgage plot can't go for registration until it is released from hmda, my money is blocked with Peram group from past 6-7 months.

When we request for update every time they say end of the week, end of the month, next month.this is happening from past 6months,

Without informing as it is Mortgage plot they sold it.

I would like@PERAM MAnasultanGEMENT takes an action and justifies my case.

I know by seeing this comment they may create more problems to me but,

don't waste your hard earned money and loose peace of mind by investing here.

I will let update if any progress.

Don't go with peram group. They won't provide any proper documents and they will ask money all the time.

Be careful with Rameshbabu@peram.

Think twice before going with peram and check all the documents with any lawyer before aishwaryasingh23ing money.

If you paid money and documents are not good you will endup with these guys to get your money back.

Min 3 to 6 months it will take to get your money back.

Be careful with Peramgroup Hyderabad.

Hello Guys you see Peram marketing guys everywhere in prime places and knock your doors to cheat you.

I booked a open plot in Magnum Opus Hyderabad in the month of July 18. I paid full booking amount and I was waiting for LP number to go for loan and registration. They promised during booking LP will come in August, but it got delayed for 2 months.

With in a month marketing guys started demanding 30% of full amount, if not they will start marketing that plot for higher prices. But they will not inform you or not in touch with you later. They may ingnore us by not answering calls. After a month visited office, but they responded only after going with original sales guy. These sales guys asked me to withdraw plot to get the money back. This process will take one more month.

So our money is blocked for 5 months. I assume they have utilized this money for their business to developing other ventures. Finally our money got stuck and got utilized for their benefit. We were exploited by sales guys and the GGR Peram greedy policies.

You can find their sales guys everywhere. We never see any other realtor Company in this way marketing.

They do for every customer the same way.

Now the marketing guy is not even responding to calls after I applied for return.

Bought plot in Peram Aditya Royal in 2016 they promised high quality developments in the venture. But they did not even complete BT roads even after 2.5 years. While the other developers / ventures in the locality complete in the development activities with 5 months of get LP Number.

These guys spend lot of money on inaugurations with film fraternity and charge high price for the plots promising great facilities. But once they reach the target of selling the number of plots they abandon the venture / stop development activities.

Peram Group prices are always on the higher side atleast by 30% to 40% than other ventures in the same locality.

Guys they sold me a mortgage plot in Peram Aditya Elina phase2 Hyderabd and after a year they are asking me to withdraw plot so that they can sell for other customers for higher prices.

They do for every customer the same way.

Now the marketing guy is not evening responding to calls since a week

Peram group is the Best plots developer and best quality developer in Hyderabad.i have looking plot near by gachibowli area. I have seen website number of projects availble in hyderabad.i am going to peram group office and I met marketing executive told all venture details next day going to site vist I have seen all ventures but peram aditya majestic project suitble to me . good amenities provide to customers and best advantage this project near by resorts, hospitals, outerring road etc.finally book a 200sqr yards plot in majestic venture. They do regular follow up and serve the best service in entire hyderabad according to my wish.

Guys, please don't believe them. One of the worst experiences ever had. Wanted to book a plot in Visakhapatnam and approached them. They have taken amount and promised a plot in the requested area. Their team was denying the fact that we paid the amount and had to go through lot of ordeal. Please don't get in to their trap. should have given police complaint, but refrained. For your good future, please don't approach these guys

I am serching for buy a plot in Hyderabad went to number of realestate offices for purchasing a plot but I am not satisfied venture developments finally went to peramgroup realestate company.

I have seen all peramgroup Ventures but I like peram aditya majestic located at Near Lahari Resorts, Bhanoor,

I saw some plots there all plots were really very good and beautiful place.

All the good things was available there.Fresh air area, Clean and Neet area and parks.The customers service was really super they told me everything about the plots and flats were very good.The plots made according to good quality I liked that.

The staff attitude is good they know how to talk with their customers and they were telling us all the things about plots.They told us about their future projects.

Park, electricity facility, Security staff, good parking space, playing ground, Walking field.There are lots of services are available there.

It was really very nice experience of me with peramgroup.

Hi we went aditya royal building for taking one property and before token amount they answered all questions and that day night 9'0 clock we gave token amount and we need change in 2 plots we will inform and next day morning we called at 9 and they said property sold out then we asked how they said online booking is there then we asked link they said App is there its with manager only mr r.rao said and then we said we will come in 1 hour just show the app and they are saying your demanding we are just asking we also gave token amount we will see the app registration and but thing is that they are lying and after that mahalakshmi taking the phone said neft transfer if its nettransfer why they told like app and online and she said that for simple questions they dont answer the calls we will give the money and they are unable to answer any questions after money and talking like take the check back we are not answer any questions we are taking back because irresponsible adminshandwedontpu

Amenities all are good in this layout in future it is well developed project for investing and Residential purpose .that to they are providing free cab facility for drop and pickup.Executives they are explaining very well about her project, they way of explaining is very politely. they are providing all facilities in this layout. I really liked this project.finally booked a plot in peram aditya majestic.I am Happy with peram group.

Hello Frds, I would say one of the worst services they are providing in the market. They dont have proper communication within the employes one says something amd others tell something. They are poor at their product knwoledge and the service knowledge. They dont maintain standards. I would not suggest this company for anyone

peramgroup developers is one of the best and leading developers in hyderabad compared to others. Recently one of my colleague booked plot in peram's adithya elina, hyderabad.

Everything is nice in peramgroup. They are using modern methodology techniques for constructions.

peramgroup people are expertise in finalizing the requirements of clients.

Customer service and staff courtesy are extremely good. And these people have excellent relationship management with clients.

Overall everything is nice in peram .
