They will use your money and throw you away

Hello Guys you see Peram marketing guys everywhere in prime places and knock your doors to cheat you.

I booked a open plot in Magnum Opus Hyderabad in the month of July 18. I paid full booking amount and I was waiting for LP number to go for loan and registration. They promised during booking LP will come in August, but it got delayed for 2 months.

With in a month marketing guys started demanding 30% of full amount, if not they will start marketing that plot for higher prices. But they will not inform you or not in touch with you later. They may ingnore us by not answering calls. After a month visited office, but they responded only after going with original sales guy. These sales guys asked me to withdraw plot to get the money back. This process will take one more month.

So our money is blocked for 5 months. I assume they have utilized this money for their business to developing other ventures. Finally our money got stuck and got utilized for their benefit. We were exploited by sales guys and the GGR Peram greedy policies.

You can find their sales guys everywhere. We never see any other realtor Company in this way marketing.

They do for every customer the same way.

Now the marketing guy is not even responding to calls after I applied for return.
