Worst construction ever seen.its been 1 month of possession and we already faced problem from improper grouting result of which is seepage of water in walls which ruined all the painting works in the house due to chipping and also the furniture work is affected later leakage in drainage pipes in the above floor which ruined the false ceiling in bathroom and the response we get from customer care is these are minor problems in every construction and should wait for the mail from the customer care and delay in repair as there is ongoing pandemic result of which we had to shell money from our pockets and the repair amount is a huge price.pkease talk to the occupants before buying the flat to know the condition of the construction

I purchased a villa in Sterling Homes. Quality of work is very poor. They keep on changing engineers. I have given expensive digital tiles which they fixed very poorly snd getting loosened soon. Water serpages and OHT float valves and tub locjs not given. very VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SUPPORT. NO RESPONSE. DRAGGING THE TIME FOR ATTENDING PROBLEMS. NO PROPER HANDING OVER.

It was a nice project from Modi properties. it is worthful to buy in Vista home near Kushiguda. it is near to all facilities like international Schools, shopping malls, hospitals, cinema halls, Functional halls, very near to D-Mart.

Before purchasing the flat, we didn't have any idea of purchasing a flat in apartment. We just came to look around and the sales person at Lotus homes (RAVI) he just turned our decision by telling advantages of the property and highlighting Amenities. He helped us purchasing the flat for ab affordable price as well, I thanked him for that then and even now we are happy with the purchase.

Modi Builders are real estate real cheaters. They don't have commitment. In Greenville, Kongarakalan Hyderabad. They promised club hous, park, maintenance, children play ground etc., . Collected huge chunks of money for development. They have not done single development as per promise. They have constructed a club house, i request you to visit the same before you make purchase.

They have formed owners association without involvement of original plot owners and deposited security deposit in their account. No plot owner knows what the fate of the money.

Don't go by my word or revirw, better visit Modi Builders Greenville, Kongarakalan. Then come to a conclusion.

I don't have any problem with them personally. But, just want save atleast one or two from these cheaters.

As per my suggestion its simply waste of money and head ache for you.

Before taking decision, Kindly visit the site Try to interact with the owners staying there.

You will understand the whole picture. The sale guys are more sweet than the sweet Dish and HO people are bitter than anything.

Whatever commitments they give at the time of sales are not done while handovering it . Worst Quality of work.Your issue will rotate between site guys n HO people in an infinite loop but will not be done.

Unskilled people working.

In all its simply WASTE OF MONEY.

If possible try to choose other option if available.

Its about Emerald Heights at Pocharam.

Most of the staff of realty sector tend to be rude usually but my experience with the modi builders was quite different.They were ex termly helpful and sweet, guiding us throughout when my family and I were looking for a new home till the day it was delivered. They maintain professionalism and courtesy when talking with the clients.

My suggestion is don't go with modi builders, specially Emerald heights pocharam .unfortunately I was taken a Flat in B block and from day one they have created nonsense on different different things..like handover dates , improper plumber work, Tiles not fixed properly, Water leakages in wash rooms etc ... even after one year they have not done internal wiring for DTH and Broadband .. just they forgot to lay internal pipes initially itself ... now they're showing blank faces , they are very much interesting in collecting maintenance amount but no one will take care of you after payment. Staff will work like central govt employees... Think twice before joining with Modi Builders.

Modi Paradise Homes Flat is too good. We have all luxury available in it. This Flats location is too good centrally located. I am going recently. Modi Builders take on housing projects on a larger scale. This is the one of the best builders in india . I expect of Modi Builders I got a vaasthu shastra house. Facilities of swimming pool and gym is really helping in house members. One of my relativesis living in the splendour apartments by Modi builders.

The project is very economical in comparison to the abundant facilities offered by them. The house is very spacious and balconies are reasonably big. It is a great project to buy a house. And I am happy to found the builders like Modi Builders and they even know how to deal with the client.

I bought an apartment in Paradise Homes and I am very satisfied with it. The house is vastu compliant, which is a very big relief for me as I am a beliver. My 3BHK is very spacious with big rooms and attached balconies are big as well. Overall, good house.
