It is located right behind Manyata tech park, offering all the Amenities.

Ready to move in property and Received occupancy certificate too.

They are left with few units. I have blocked the unit for Myself.

Best project within the budget of 40 lacs which I do not find in Hyderabad . There charges are nominal though offering amenities to the project. Personally I have liked the property.Sales team too is very supportive and been professional thought out my visit. Almost all the banks have approved the project.

It's good place to live but I want to aware only about one lady her name is INDU, she is from uttarakhand.  she started business  like others home taking care Business means  if somebody is having their home and owner is going out of city so she will take care and all the stuff.

what happened with me I saw home and suppose to done deal with her and I came to know she is not owner and she talks like that she is very BIG lady and having so much property. she try that you never intreact with owner and whatever rent she is saying give to her thats it.

she is very very money minded, emotionless, rude  lady. she was asking me Rs1000/- for making rent agreement then I said I will manage myself  so her talking way got changed.

I confirmed her to take home but after sometime she told owner retaive is coming, can't give to you and I tried to know thats true or not so it was false.

she is very cunning, fiber, Maha Bhakwaas Lady NERVER EVER DEAL WITH HER THERE. REMEMBER HER IS INDU AUNTY.

I am Y Venkat Ramana, purchased flat at Vasathi Navya A-106 around two years before and till date it is not handover to me. I am such a frustated with this a project from last two years. and Sale's team is such cheaters and tell every thing lie only. while booking a flat sale person commit for every thing and show's like providing heaven like environment but in actual after paying 20% amount, sale's team starts behaving like they don't know any thing and says talk to CRM.

Summary: Delay of Construction, Loss of money interms of interest to banks, Mental tension and loosing of working hours of employed customer, Complete deviations of specifications, Poor quality of construction.

if we fight on our rights, their sale team members makes jokes on us.such a culture and disciplane.

Final customer will loose money and emotional values and will not trust any one in future.

This is my two year experince with this project.if any one want to still buy .you will phase some/all of above bad experience.

Any one suggest how to teach a lesson to these type people & organization.

I am putting this review because of I faced lot of problems with these people and I don't want any onefurther should not face problems like me by buying flat in this group.

FURTHER I AM SAYING DON"T BUY any property from VASATHI HOUSING-THEY ARE CHEATER AND FRAUDS.

Recently I booked flat no 104 in Vasathi Navya. I found this project is very convenient to my job location and for my children school. The super markets and the shopping malls are very near by for the family time in weekends.

I am happy as project is very spacious and very well constructed. The staff is very cooperative and they have given me the handover of the flat on time and supported with electricity, water etc.,

This is my 3rd investment in hyderabad, Initially we too faced slight delay in handing over of our flat but we don't want to blame vasathi for that. All though project got slight delay but we are very happy that the project has come up well and most of amenities are in place.

My cousins from mumbai visited our home last month and they too were interested to buy an apartment in Anandi and mostly they would be buying in Sravan. We found investing in this project make sense as it is ready to move in, close to our children school, our work place with Super Market, School, Salon etc in place.

I never ever seen in life this type of building.this is the only building in that locality or area "I think there none of like this building at the state" if any one searching for building than they should not worried because'vasathi housing' is only the building . This is very helpful for me at the time I don't have house. They also provide good facility

I thought of making an investment in one of the properties. I came to know about Vasati Anandi through my friend who was a happy customer of Anandi and considered his advice to buy a property. I could definitely see good returns on investments in the near future.

Finally I am living my dream after buying a flat at Vasathi Anandi. For a middle class people like me who have been waiting for affordable prices, come take this pick. These apartments are airy and well-constructed, spacious and easily connectable to work locations.

I am Ramanath, recently(May 2017) done housing warming in Vasathi navya. poor quality of walls, doors, window frames. no drinking water facility, no proper internal roads, no compound wall 3 sides. all water drains are jammed. rain water coming in flats. worst response from site civil engineers, lift not working, no cleaning of common areas, no flooring on parking area. comparatively flat cost is reasonable but no more quality works. I preferably recommended not to buy.

Housing is a one time purchase. Do not fall for developer such as Vasathi Housing who are cheaters on all aspects. They may show you they provide you value for money, but just remember, you pay builder much in advance but you receive the product and service later. They may give you a feeling that everything would be done as per the plan and promise, however, they are big cheaters.

I would suggest you to visit there first project, Vasathi Anadi which is close to PBEL City. They project has been incomplete on many fronts from many years like swimming pool, amenitites. Also, there is no proper upkeep, even though its a new project. The builder has no care for its own products, why do you think they would provide you wish quality housing.

Please take an informed decision and go for a much more reliable builder, else, you will have to pay price in long run. Stay away!

No wonder if your asset value doubles in an year. Buying a flat with very low investment is easy but we have to think twice before we acquire something for a lesser price. I tried finding what might be the loop hole with Vasathi as they are giving away flats for low prices but I failed to find any problem in building works and architecture.

As I do software testing on a daily basis, I wanted to find some errors in their  construction out of my eagerness and nothing more than that. But one thing for sure, A Manual Testers owning a flat for such a less salary is possible only because Vasathi people are very affordable.

I can not express my happiness in a better way than  this. Vasathi are very reasonable in terms of pricing and they have a humble customer support team. They explain each and every facility they have in detail and all the positives and negatives clearly.

They make us understand about the site on a first look. I'm sure that no one will come back and say that they did not like the flats or facilities they enjoy with. Anandi has some limited amenities but they are good as much as they provide. These apartments are not so far from Madhapur or financial district to travel daily for office.

I have bought a flat in vasathi apartments. I liked it so much because the facilities are very nice like the rooms are very spacious and swimming pool is clean and neat. The gym is fantastic with the modern equipments. I like the environment which is very peaceful. affordable, spacious and peaceful.

We can lead happy life with these sorroundings.I believe in Vastly and Marathi people have considered vastly while building apartments. It is going in a good way all in our favour and yah so far so good with these apartments.

Visited many apartments and every apartment has a certain problem. After a lot of search I found vasathi. I stuck there and very impressed with the flat, surroundings and with the amenities like swimming pool, gym and the park.

The flats are surrounded by greenery  which looks beautiful and feels peaceful. The space is very good and there is no water problem at all. The surroundings are so peaceful. The best flat that I would suggest.
