I would not ask for better place than this for such an affordable rates. Had there are more stars, I would not have hesitated to rate a lil more for these rates.

I can accommodate our cozy beds, recliners, dining tables with ease and there's still lot of place for my kid to play with his bike. Kitchen is very spacious and it gives more freedom to my wife to play her ace.

She cooks delicious cuisines only if she has that extra space for extra ingredients to put. Apart from in house thing there is still a lot to explore out door. There's still to say but I'd recommend to visit the site once.

Vasathi Housing Projects is easy on the pocket. What I like about the flats are that they are roomy and breezy. My children love to play in the garden and I get to meet other flat owners.

Without stressing over the drive, I also get to go to different parts of the city and in short time because everything is near. Simple to own, modern and well connected. As a flat owner, I don't need anything else!

I live as a tenant in beautiful Avante. It is beautiful because it has that beautiful array of amenities in and around the residence.

I could spend those supplementary minutes in Gym as complementary being closer to my office. Not just I, but most of Bangalore work near from here. would like to elaborate the term GYM as Give away Your Monthly installment to Banks and Gather Your moments now.

It has got the swimming pool, Track, Indoor stadiums to work out and keep us fit. It has got a lot of area to walk around in the evening with my wife in between the trees which gives us relaxation and the cool breeze.

The children park especially to mention has lot of games with good standards where I always take my son everyday to let him have fun with his new buddies and it gives Immense pleasure to see my child playing. The parking is sufficiently allocated for each individual block according to their flat numbers. The transport system is also quite good with the bus stop within the reach and has the transport to all the main centers.

Most of us love pets but no one of us like pests. The reason I'm sustaining in these words is because we all have a lot of problems with viral and other kinds of disease those last for long.

I've moved into Vasathi - Navya with my family, where the ever lasting problems stopped visiting us to maximum extent. I reckon these builders had an eye on pest control. Coming to pets, I have two dogs'Coco' she is 1yr old and'Marble' he is 2yrs old. I don't know what they like most but they're euphoric abd I'm happy for them.

After relocated from Chennai to Bangalore, I thought I will have some tought time with the new place and new city. I bought 2BHK flat for a very reasonable price which gave me a warm welcome to the city. As long as I stay in the house I feel like I am locked out of heaven. Vasathi Avante is giving me that pleasure as if now and wish it remains the same.

Amenities in this Appartments are giving me a luxurious life where I do not need to go outside for work outs. I can see the blue sky down. I mean in swimming pool. So we can imagine the tidiness out here. If you ask me, I will write the whole essay out here but let me not waste your time who is reading this and let me put this in simple words. Vasathi is the place that showed me how the flat should be. They built in the exact way I always wanted to in fact in a better way than the one I thought about. It is so peaceful, beautiful and piquant sounds in the morning.

I am feeling so better than the place I used to live. I don’t feel like bored even though on my solo times coz there’s some kind of atmosphere out here that is not allowing me to feel lonely.

I think this is one of the flats where I can count on my fingers which I felt relaxed with.Thanks to my friend Srinivas who referred me this place when I wanted to buy a flat.

This is just a beginning of my investment along with my shelter for now. One of the seven habits of highly effective people enlightening me that'begin with end in mind. So there's no second thought in investing my first little investment in Vasathi.

I somehow pay approximately the same amount of mortgage as a tenant but then I want to pay the same as owner. This makes lot of difference, is it not? So let's begin our journey as a good investor, then as a better then we could be the best one day.

I think Vasathi builders are better choice to pick with thin wallets in the back pocket before they increase their cost. I would pakka refer anyone to go hit Vasathi's office. Don't really hit'em;)

Today I went to property investment expo just casually and I was really amazed by looking at the amenities that Vasathi Avante is providing at such affordable price. I immediately called my wife there and we went to a site visit. Amazing construction. It was good than what we really expected. I immediately booked my flat. And I never thought I would become a home owner very soon. Thank you God. Really surprising.

I am feeling ecstatic to have my flat ready. The plan was amazing and it fits with my budget. They are offering 2 & 3 BHK flats in economical prices. Beside this Vasathi is located in good place in the city where we can communicate with ease. I would definitely advice one to grab the best deals they have. Monthly installments can also be easily managed. I personally feel that this this would be like stress buster. Hi Five to all who is joining the community.

'Vasathi' surely is a kind of an appartment that I always dreamt about. Now I'm feeling like I'm on 9th cloud knowing the fact that I'm the owner of 2BHK flat at Vasathi Navya(Balnagar). The amenities around this place is worth taking. They have humble team to answer my interminable pestering questions. Finally I'm gonna live with good neighbourhood I believe. Simply speaking very good looking flat for a good deal.

My name is Nageswara Rao and we bought a flat in Vasathi Anandi at Appa Junction. I'm writing this review to let you all know about my experience with Vasathi team. We were searching for properties in Hyderabad which has good amenities. We found the ad online and called them up. They gave us free site visit and explained us every single detail with patience. We visited the place thrice before making final decision. The team without any hesitation help us with the site visits.

Now we moved to the apartments and all the residents are enjoying at exclusive heath clubs and gyms. Good place to stay.

By the way I wonder why the review here is based on job security and salary? It should be more on customer satisfaction.

Visited a few apartment locations and so far I personally liked Vasathi Anandi near ORR in Hyderabad. The proximity to the city and the airport make things easier. I dont think i'll have to plan atleast 4 hrs beforehand about my commute especially from inside the city. The space in the flats is ample and there is no water problem. I think I will go for this instead of some options I have.

If the public transport facility improves, or the metro becomes functional throughout the city(may take 5-8 years, who knows), then most people would love to live in outskirts, given the calm and peaceful it offers at much cheaper prices. Buyers should lap it up in no time if the location and the floor plans are good and the approvals are in place like in this case.

Its been just 2 months, since we have shifted our house to Vasathi Avante in North Bangalore. To be very frank, the house is normal but the amenities are really cool. They maintain the premises very clean. Every week they change water in swimming pools. We did not even find a single mosquito in our house though there are lush green trees all around. Security system is perfect.

Guys if you are planning to take a home in Bangalore, this is the best place to opt for.

I'm Usha from Hyderabad. My husband and I work for a small private firm. We have recently owned a home at Vasathi Navya near IDPL. The best part of the Apartments are, they are affordable to common people like us. We never thought that we could own a house in Hyderabad. The construction is good and the vasthu is perfect.

Before visiting Vasathi we have been to many other ventures but couldn't find an apartment within our budget. Then one day we have seen the ad in newspaper and went for a site visit. The team was very cooperative and were addressing all our queries. We just gave a down payment of 25, 000 and booked our flat. Our dream of owing a home came true.

I have purchased a flat in Vasathi Anandi a year a go while I have purchased they have not specified about the entertainment and legal charges, I have paid the complete amount but still the builder is refusing to register the flat on my name they are demanding extra Rs.25, 000 towards other charges.

I have the price sheet given by sales person while purchasing in that these charges were not mentioned. Moreover they have delayed the handover for two times till now.

Don't consider investing in this project. Initially they promised to complete this project by September-2012, after that they have advertised that they will handover the project by 31-Dec-2012. But now they have postponed to August-2013.

Internal news is they are not paying their employees salaries, they are not paying Pre-EMI's to customers. They are not paying to their cement suppliers. The financial position of the company is bad. Many senior officials from engineering team have left this company. They don't have funds and staff to complete the project.

They claim that their construction quality is the better than other builders but their own model flat itself has many cracks on walls. None of their marketing staff or CRM stall is gives you a clear date on handover. It's a trap to if you invest in this project, you neither get you flat or get back your money.
