We recently shifted to Hyderabad. By a family friend we knew about vasathi. We bought 2BHK flat at a reasonable price. What a flat. I feel pleasure to stay here. Very spacious rooms. Pleasant wall colours. No need to go anywhere for workouts.

The swimming pool is really cool. The management changes the water time to time in the pool. Just one word is enough to explain about vasathi. “wow.”

My husband and I were looking for a new place to call home. Being a recently wedded couple, we wanted a space that is cozy and yet spacious enough to entertain guests. The houses in the Vasathi Avante community is warm and convenient for both of us.

Be it location wise or access to  especially since it saves time for our commute to our offices located nearby. Conveniently near Rachenahalli lake, it also gives us a splendid choice of outing over the weekends without worrying too much about the local traffic.

Being close to the ORR in Hyderabad, it is also in the vicinity of colleges like Shadan College and other such major landmarks. My wife and I feel connected to the city while at the same time are away from the crowded areas of the city.

We took this house because we were planning to raise a family and we bought this house keeping in mind that it has to be easy to live in while also being within a budget that is not very high. We look forward to moving into the new house where we will see our family grow.

Last weekend, my sister and her husband moved in from Chennai to Hyderabad. I wanted them to stay near her maternal home because she is the baby of the house. My wishes were answered. She is moving to a flat in Vasathi’s Navya apartments in Chintal and that saves us a lot of time in terms of commute and also lets us spend more time as a family. We used to stay in a small rented house until July this year and we later on moved to Vasathi Navya after buying the Sweet home at Balnagars. Guests who are visiting home are giving good compliments that the flat and the apartments that we are living in are very nice and spacious.

Most of my relatives are realizing lately that they bought a flat which is not worth it and they could not do anything now as they already bought. Our native place is Kamareddy and it is very easy for either of our parents or us to visit each other as we can exit the city very soon. It saves lot of time for us to go to office and to go to Kamareddy.

Vasanthi navya helped me to buy a home at right place in my comfortable budget and Rooms are spacious enough. The surroundings are very clean. It is so peaceful . Which is very near to my office now I am very happy that I can reach my office on time and return to home early in the evening so that I can spend lot of time with my family. Was scared of picking any apartment  as a first time buyer, luckily a friend recommended Vasathi Anandi near my office. They will discuss realistic expectations with you, some people may not like that but when looking for property in the area, and even more so in this side of the city, this is important and helpful.

No pressure to put in an offer so that they can just move on to the next client, they are dedicated to all of their clients. Sadly due to personal reasons we had to step away from buying but as soon as we are in the market I will be contacting Vasathi.

Vasathi Housing Projects seem to be easy on the pocket while being big on space and amenities. What I like about the apartments are that they are spacious and airy while giving you the freedom to maintain your privacy. The proximity to the main city center allows me the access to go to any part of the city without worrying about the commute or the exhaustion that follows. All in all, easy to own, comfortable to live in and affordable.

Cost of living is low in Hyderabad including Vasathi

Vasathi housing will definitely help you find the areas in which you want to live in. I work in Cyberabad, I needed a place that is not very far from our place of work. I called Vasathi Housing the day before I went to search for them to get me updated prices.

I recommend working with them because they give you great prices for great locations! This is appeciated if you are new to Hyderabad and don't know much about the areas.

We recently owned a home in vasathi. These flats are affordable to common people. Many middle class people thought that they can’t even buy a single room in Hyderabad. But it is false in the case of vasathi. The rooms are spacious and neat. We did not even find a single mosquito in our house because the surroundings also very clean.

There are many trees around the atmosphere and environment are really cool. Our dream comes true to buy a house because of vasathi.

My wife and I had been thinking about buying a house of our own since the last year or so. We had visited numerous upcoming properties in the last six months.

But the minute I stepped in vasathi avante, I knew I had found what we had been looking for. The houses are beautifully constructed, spacious and affordable. A must buy for people who like me are looking for the home of their dreams.

Vasathi is very nice. The facilities are really good. We bought the house a month ago. Rooms are spacious enough.

The surroundings are very clean. It is so peaceful. The flats in vasathi are affordable. And these flats are in good place of the city. So everything is nearby and easy to travel anywhere. I am enjoying it.

The facilities affiliated to Vasathi Avante are very good. Kids are loving the atmosphere in here. It is like one stop solution to fitness freaks( I consider myself to be so indeed). I think this is the place where we can build good community.

There are few builders who are selling flats at a reasonable fairs and Vasathi are the ones of them. So I do not hesitate to recommend anyone for booking a slot. Because my kids are very happy It made me write these lines. So good luck everybody

Hearing about the dip in the home loan rates, I had been considering making an investment in a property. I found out about Vasathi Anandi through a friend of mine.

Looking at the cost of Vasathi’s flats, I have gone mad for a couple grams. It was effing affordable for the middle class people like me.

Not just affordable but they are giving us a comfortable space. I reckon you will not look back and say ‘I bought a flat which is useful for nothing.’ I would say the site tour was amazing and the ambassadors were really helpful. #ThumbsUp for the construction and the model. It’s gonna be happy days here after.

With the salary I am taking home every month I never dreamt of buying a house at this stage. Having seen Vasathi’s offer not only have I started dreaming but also I am planning to buy for ourselves.

Keeping all my family expenses off, I still will be having some amount left to pay monthly mortgage. Such a nice deal It was. Deals apart I can reach office before my i-pod starts singing third song. Vasathi Avante is very near from 70% of companies in Banglore

1) Communication is so easy to offices and to most of the happening places in Banglore. There is also public transportation available where we can connect to most of the work places.

2) Facilities in this apartments are very good especially swimming pool and greenish atmosphere around is so cool. Fresh air to breathe in

3) monthly payments sums upto not more than 20 to 30% of our net incomes which is manageable  for the people like me who are looking for reasonable number.

4) There will be Return on Investment and it would be a value added asset in your books.

For the amount of monthly budget that I am paying to bank, for someone like me who has struggled very much in life, who has been down to earth and saved each penny, Vasathi is better choice. At least now I believe that hard work and the struggle I faced is paying off big time.

I used to have pathetic relationship with my previous owners, every time I have guests visiting home as if I was occupying their land. Now I'm the dawn of my property in Vasathi and no more issues with owners

Vasathi Navya seems to be a good deal compare to the options we have in the market.  I have found the flats lesser than this but Ambience did not mesmerized me at all. Apparently this is the best deal I came across my post comparisons and calculations.

I questioned myself for about hundred times before accepting the deal but it did not made me feel regretful in aquiring a flat. So I would want to say one thing that chances like these don't knock our doors often.
