Was scared of picking any apartment as a first time buyer, luckily a friend recommended Vasathi Anandi near my office. They will discuss realistic expectations with you, some people may not like that but when looking for property in the area, and even more so in this side of the city, this is important and helpful.

No pressure to put in an offer so that they can just move on to the next client, they are dedicated to all of their clients. Sadly due to personal reasons we had to step away from buying but as soon as we are in the market I will be contacting Vasathi.
