I have 2 kids at home. With online learning, they need to play outside. Then I came across the 3 bhk Highland Project in Hiranandani Powai. They have many Facilities for kids like a play yard, adventure wall, and cricket pitch. I and my kids loved the project.

This Hirananani palace garden fraud and scam project ruined my whole life along with their principal lender HDFC Ltd . They trapped me inside the project by some cunning novel method. For my background, suffering I went through because of them, I should only commit suicide.
The real victim buyers are silent on account of some unfound fear in Hiranandani group. They have dumped this project by swindling thousands of crores from buyers and giving false promise for the last 10 years. The very fact it is undeliverable for 10 years and speaks volume about this fraudster. They have overreached all our grievance systems including RERA. Investing in this project is as good as throwing their money in deep sea.
Now unprepared to commit towards to the Hiranandani palace project and state of amenities promised, they are just selling a parcel of vacant lands under the style “Hirananani parks” at a 100% premium projecting themselves as reputed brand but infact they do not know the meaning of “reputation” and “commitment” There are still having their presence only to push some unsold inventory and afterwards they will flee.
Just because I stood for my rights in the capacity of victim of huge loss for my background in the scam project and asked few legitimate questions, their customer Relationship manager Mr Kesavan retaliated by saying that he would beat me and trash me into pieces eventhough I am a lady and their General Manager Mr Swaminathan gave dangerous cues through body language like grinding teeth, appalling stare etc. Hence after loosing my money I need to tolerate their hatred speech
Brief description about how this project was started with well planned fraud plan. I like to share my story of how I was trapped by them. If you read the same even the stone hearted may empathise but not this fraudster Hiranandani group.
I state that erstwhile Hiranandani Palace Garden Pvt Ltd came up with the fake and fraud prospectus way back in the year 2007 for the purpose of enticing realty buyers by promising the creation of state of art real estate project with all world class amenities which includes business park, international school, star hotel, State of art medical center, among others as first of it's kind self contained township in 368 acres of land in suburb Chennai at Oragadam under the name and style “ Hiranandani Palace Garden” by charging 3 times than the then going rate at Oragadam. I want to reiterate that this premium price was paid only for amenities. I further state that for the purpose of selling the residential projects at Oragadam, they advertised using “Hiranandani Powai Project” promoted by Niranjan Hiranandani in Mumbai for invoking the buyer’s interest. It is pertinent to note here now, that whole area is a haunted uninhabited place with not even basic amenities even after 10 years with very low living score. For that purpose, they floated a company in London HIRCO and raised foreign funds from investors amounting to 3000 crores and spent a fraction on acquisition of land an sold 80% apartment at a premium and collected thousands of crores from buyers projecting themselves as reputed builder an majority of them is still undeliverable even after 10 years and all the amenities they have dumped.
1st instance of cheat in 2009 when their team marketing team along with their Channel partner pressurized me to book the apartment and promised me that they would transfer the apartment to another new buyer definitely at minimum rate of 4000/square feet before signing agreement for sale and urged me book the apartment at Rs 3200/ square feet. I told them several times I cannot go for big ticket real estate investment as I was just a CA fresher then, recently joined in Job. But their marketing team assured me that the money is very safe with the company and I need not buy the apartment and would effect the transfer to new customer before agreement for sale. Hence my hard earned money of 10.75 lacs was taken from me with the bunch of lies. I never intend to buy their apartment nor take any bank loan.
2nd instance of cheat in 2011 – To my shock their company issued a demand notice for 95% of cost reneging promise made in 2009. When I am unable to pay the same, their company cancelled and unilaterally forfeited the previously booked apartment Warwick 1 – 203, and they had even sold the same to another customer. When they had sold to another buyer how come they forfeit my money. My mother and myself literally begged and cried to Mr Tarun Mukherjee for more than 4 months to refund my money of 10.75 lacs(which is whopping 20% of cost) but having robbed their company simply denied that as the company policy(I have mail communication to prove). Suddenly during mid of 2012, Mr Tarun Mukherjee and his team(MS Sandhya, Mr Joseph) said only option is to rebook the apartment and enter agreement for sale. Only after agreement to sale they can transfer to another buyer and under no circumstances they can refund me 10.75 lacs. On hearing this, I literally felt my heart aching on loosing my hard earned money . So armourless and believing Mr Tarun Mukherjee’s word, I was forced to take a bank loan around 25.5 lacs and further amount of 13+ lacs out of our money(total 23+ my contribution). In otherwords they collected 99% of cost for which I was diligently paying EMI to their fraud lender HDFC Ltd. In this deal HDFC Ltd loan officer Mr Suresh behaved like their agent and he even made disparaging statement that we have no status to live there. In otherwords I was trapped and made to reenter the deal by Mr Tarun’s team and HDFC Ltd having full knowledge of their bankruptcy plan that happened within a year taking advantage of our helpless situation. Again I was duped, deceived and defrauded by their company and our whole life got ruined by their bankruptcy predesigned plan. When they had sold around 80% of inventory as on 2012 and collected almost 95% money, how did they land up in the situation of unable to pay debt.
Hiranandani themselves pushed themselves into banckrupcy after robbing thousands of crores. My mother on hearing bankruptcy news and fear of loosing our entire invetment, she lost her balance met with accident and she died after huge suffering. My father also died on account of heart attack and now they made me an orphan
This same company came back as a new company EVITA and still giving false promise to buyers to loot further.

Hiranandani Fortune City Project has sufficient points of electrical points with the furniture layout. The systematic way of security system given as surveillance by CCTV. The maintenance staff and security men are given for the decoration of the apartment.

I have stayed in hiranandani flats in mumbai, hiranandani socities looks like foriegn soceity, flats are so good and and we upgrade our lifestyle with hiranandani builder's flat, hiranandani's projects are also good, it's service provide to customers like family member, so living environment is so good there, management is always strict. I like so much that, staffs are helpful, ready to serve himself always, so it has very good projects and socities.

Hiranandani Builders are one of the most reputed builders in the city of Mumbai. They have worked on many projects and the most beautiful project created by Hiranandani Builders is the project of transforming the place called Powai into a beautiful place that it is today.
The Building's architect, developed by Hiranandani Builders reminds us of stepping into a foreign land with tall and creative buildings. Hiranandani Buildings go as high as 50th floors. Though the flats are quite expensive, but it is worth to have a flat in Hiranandani. Each property of Hiranandani have a park with other facilities like pool, sports complex and a rich crowd staying in these properties. I would recommend Hiranandi Builders for building us a rich and a peaceful place to help grow our families. My thumbs for Hiranandi Builder's are Up.

I have been to mumbai and am really amazed to find out about Hiranandani builders.
I saw so many buidlings built by this major construction company.
Right from famed Hiranandani Gardens to a grand hospital; it seems to be reshaping mumbai . I find out about it from some business news papers that it is an old builder.
What I loved about its building architecture is - its spacious buildings seem to have paid attention to nature. Thus, there are good gardens and lawns in each of its properties.
Although, its properties are quite qualities but all who invest in them earn many benefits.
Without any doubt, it is a known group.

My friend took me to his Hiranandani flat at Thane(West).Well first it felt far off but after we entered the society, believe me it's a giant.Popular builder has so many builts in his name.There are around 20 wing buildings and has a huge street lined up in between.My friend stays at 3rd floor in a 2BHK.It has 15 floors.Inside the society there are plenty of shops in fact semi malls as you can say.There is blue lagoon, Ribbons and baloons cake, Reliance, D mart.I have also heard that soon OLA, Uber cab services wil start from main gate since its a crouded affair.The rent is around 35, 000/-.Water supply and everything is fine .
Overall it's a well laid structure to live in.

I've been staying in Hiranandani Builders building since 15years now( we were the first to occupy the building) and their construction makes you feel safe. I've seen the construction being done right from the foundation being layed and knew it since then that their way of building homes is very practical and effective. The foundation was allowed a year or two in itself and the building is earthquake proof. The facilities provided like lifts have been of high standards and none of the residents have had any problems in all these years.
Their fire protection systems installed are world class. the rooms have been made airy and the building compound has been properly laid. intact I've personally met Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani at one of the building meetings and he's a very practical person and has a clear vision of how his constructions should be. Very happy to choose Hiranandani Builders for building my home.
