Don't even think of buying flat here you will regret. I am totally disappointed taking the decision. If you are daily commuter to south Mumbai / central / Western your life is hell. Bhiwandi signal which is entrance to Lodha has traffic of 1km min to enter Upper thane building during peak hour. Lets start with Parking unfair rules- Few get parking below the building few 1 km away in parking building. No logic explanation so if u are unlucky you would have to walk 1 km in rain sun winter from parking building to your building. and keep doing too and fro Bathroom ceiling fell down for many flats as quality after COVID of the building material used is low as confirmed by Lodha team in their meeting with society. Within a year cracks observed on walls but after a year it is member headache. Plumbing fitting is by lodha own manufacturer so anything goes wrong one cannot have local parts used to replace for important kitchen fitting, tap fitting etc. Water quality is not good. Currently limited vendors so have to rely on few shops available or Dmart, Big basket deliver next day. No good hospital around no doctor available within the township. Lodha has internal team to manage township who is not bothered with customer NO ONE FROM LODHA IS BOTHERED ONCE THE FLATS ARE SOLD FOR YOUR ISSUES OR CONCERNS.

I just book flat at lodha upper Thane with the amount of 2 lakhs, project very nice but my current family situation not suitable to purchase flat now because of my mom and dad both hospitals at same time due to some critical situation, I request lodha sales person to refund amount, more than 2 week, no one communicate for refund, I mail more than 7 to 8 time but no one response, I stuck with my family issue and lodha group also. Please ?? take some action if lodha group understand.

I have purchased flat in Lodha New Cuff Parade, Car parking provided is very small, I m not even able to park my normal Sedan Car in that. I ve been raising multiple complaints from last 3 months to local and Head office team, No one is working on it. Even after raising tickets in system, Tickets are getting closed from backend without any resolution or communication, this is highly unprofessional, Till now I m parking my car out side. Really disappointed as there is zero after Sales support, no one even bother to respond to your mail. No escalation path. Not recommending any of my friend to purchase a Flat in Lodha as after Sales service is very bad.

Lodha bunch is the best companie and it is exceptionally famous however, its rate is extremely high it great for individuals since it gives every one of the offices like school, moll, and so on. In future it go extremely high and much well known. It gives the best assistance for individuals.

Amara is a huge residential project, has almost all the ammenities one can ask for. It has a club house similar to Bombay Gymkhana and many pools, gardens and kids play areas with a massive football field. It is also located in prime Kolshet road location of Thane. We are proud owners of an apartment in Amara.

Lodha Amara is best township project with all state of art amenities , open spaces and robust security.

My favourite area is Gym, cafe and pool.

Great place to stay for all age group. Plenty of open space..... lavish club house with a forest.Have good connectivity to Thane station and express highway.

Lodha IT park across the road is an added advantage.

We have been residing at Amara since 2 months now and it has been a serene experience so far. The amenities are second to none and the property is astonishingly well maintained. A happy place where young and old are always seen spending a great time.

All-time Green seasons are only possible when you live in a property like Lodha Amara. They have a huge green space with class amenities of which my most favorite is the cafeteria. Amazing clubhouse and Amara forest is not to be missed too.

I can't deny the fact that the developments of Lodha give me a euphoric feeling. It's near from Thane & Dombivali station. Open spaces and lush green grass land at the Lodha Upper Thane is just Wow!

Lodha Upper Thane has a standard cricket ground. My kid goes far away to play cricket and I am surely moving in because this township has stadium and Club house. This is exactly what my family wished for.
