I have purchased flat in Lodha New Cuff Parade, Car parking provided is very small, I m not even able to park my normal Sedan Car in that. I ve been raising multiple complaints from last 3 months to local and Head office team, No one is working on it. Even after raising tickets in system, Tickets are getting closed from backend without any resolution or communication, this is highly unprofessional, Till now I m parking my car out side. Really disappointed as there is zero after Sales support, no one even bother to respond to your mail. No escalation path. Not recommending any of my friend to purchase a Flat in Lodha as after Sales service is very bad.

Lodha bunch is the best companie and it is exceptionally famous however, its rate is extremely high it great for individuals since it gives every one of the offices like school, moll, and so on. In future it go extremely high and much well known. It gives the best assistance for individuals.

Lodha overcharged me 67lakhs for the flat. Once I connected with the owners after possession, I realized that others had purchased the flat of the same configuration in the same tower, same facing for 50 to 67 lakhs less. LODHA FLEECES NRIs - false hopes of rental - rental yield is 1.2 to 1.7% - you are better off with money in the bank in FDs. Tenants are smart as they get to live in the place for dirt cheap. I have been trying to sell my flat which is outside facing for months now, in vain. The local agents gang up and push only the builders unsold inventory - as they sell flats for builders like Lodha, Ajmera, Oberoi, etc and there are TONS of unsold inventory all over India - not just in Mumbai. Builders slash rates for anyone wanting to buy, so NRIS - the price you see online is the price they want NRIs to pay, not the ones they sold for - as the flats sell for upto 70% off this price! SO CAUTION - DO NOT BUY FLATS AS YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH IT. UNABLE TO SELL.

Lodha group is the best companie and it is very popular but, its rate is very high it good for people because it provides all the facilities like school, moll, etc. In future it go very high and much popular. It gives the best service for people.

There is too much noice pollution due to ongoing work going on both the sides ans also there is lot of pollution due to the factories near by, also there is water accumulation probelm during rains in basement parking area.not recommended

Lodha builders are worst, they dont complete projects on time. They are just overexpensive and overrated.

Pros : - Good neighborhood, nice location, good brand value

Cons : - overpriced, hard to resell, bad quality,

It's just a awesome project in every way. One of the best developer's I have worked with. They care about employees. Lodha Group have extra curricular activities which will help in team bonding and collaboration. It's price range is also great and it's all facilities are just awesome .

Very bad atmosphere at new Cuffe parade .. bachelors at tower 4, Bwing 3201 make noise every night sitting in balcony. No one wants to note and take care of it. Informed tower manager Viral, and management team of lodha .. no one cares as well

These project name of Lodha new cuffe parade and these project are available in Mumbai so called big dream city and these project is provide to big flet 1.bhk 2 Bhk 3 Bhk and these is provide to good services and security power all the people comfortable these project and these society staff power is good and good working condition satiescation of other people and these flet value is started 1.65 crore and day by day develop these area and provided good services lighting water supply system and etc

my favourite builder is Lodha construction. it is costly but real house made only by lodha construction.

when I was visit in mumbai lodha site in wadala. it’s bery big society.

The specific and very unique features in lodha construction. his parking space and his garden, gym, playing ground, function hall etc. this type of the all features in this society. very big and very highfy society. I like it.

I purchased a flat from them in Mumbai. Possession of flat was delayed by 8 months and the materials they used to build interiors were crap. Biggest mistake. Initially I was promised that it will be top class. So I went with the brand name. But it was nothing but cheap materials everywhere. Please be aware and avoid this builder.

I have bought a 3BHK flat in enchante. But the room is just disaster.

Very small rooms and the walls are also fake, seems like POP walls which can break even by a small punch.

Please don't get trapped by this cheaters. Don't waste your money on anything build by these developers. You will regret the decision for the rest of your life.
