The infrastructure of this housing project is of very poor quality. The building that I am staying in is not maintained properly. It has a lot of major issues with its paint, electrical wiring and other small details. Nahar Group only advertises to be one of the best but is just the opposite of that. The management is just out to make money and they do not really care about their residents and their problems.

My house has had major plumbing problems due to which the walls are soaked with the water. I have raised so many complaints to the management but they have just been ignoring my concerns. I regret the decision of buying a house under Nahar Group as they are not true to their commitment. Please avoid dealing with this real estate company as they are not genuine and you will only face disappointment.

If you are looking for a good housing project with a nice home for you and your family, Nahar Group is not the right place. I had purchased a house for my parents in this housing complex and to my notice, this building has so many issues. Since my parents are old, I wanted them to have a nice place to live where they will have all the comfort and facilities. Most of the time, the lift does not work and maintenance staff are not fixing it! Along with my parents, I am very disappointed with Nahar Group for their empty promises.

Nahar Group is running a scam in terms of selling spacious and luxurious homes. I have been living in this housing complex for the past few months and things here have started to become worse. The building is not kept clean and the maintenance staff do not even bother to do anything about it! The management and the staff working at this housing complex clearly do not get along well and the residents have to face issues because of them.

At first, I was under the assumption that Nahar Group is a really nice and well-organized real estate company. I recently moved into my house under this housing project and the only thing I was greeted with was disappointment. This housing complex has the worst amenities and I was promised that there would be decent amenities for the residents here. Please do not believe a word said by Nahar Group as they do not stay true to their word.

Nahar Group is by far one of the worst real estate companies I have had to deal with. Their team is very unprofessional and will never give out proper information related to their housing projects. I have had a very bad experience in terms of booking my house. The management at Nahar Group are not customer-centric at all, which really reflects as a disappointing experience in the first meeting. I will definitely not recommend this real estate company to anyone!

We were casually discussing nice localities to stay and my friend mentioned about Nahar Group that has connectivity to significant places across Mumbai. I explored their website and I was really impressed to see the kind of facilities they have included in the society such as senior citizens. Just loved the project. Nice flats. Good amenities. Nice place to live.

Nahar Group is a magnificent looking gated community. It is close to so many important locations that are very convenient. It also has a supermarket in the vicinity which makes it so easy to go grocery shopping. There is also a hospital near which is very good in the emergency situation. The view from the top floor is just amazing I just loved this place.

I have a flat in this property. I have got the flat almost 4 months ago. Everything is good. The environment is soothing and warm. But the product installation in my flat was very poor. The pipes used in to cover the wire connection is very bad. In the washroom the shower, toilet quality is very bad and of poor quality. I have to reinstalled and replace many item from the room where were pre-installed.

I have told the customer service about all the problem but they are like we will fix soon. I have contacted them many times but got the same answer.

The staffs and the security guards are very good. They are polite as well as respectfull.

As I have mention earlier the product implementation is very bad, due to which I have given 1 star.
