We are staying in Buena Vista at Bandra East. Building was substantially completed(though all amenities are missing) about 7 years back but Kumar Builders has acted very disgracefully regarding completion of building as well as OC is not obtained due to building of illegal 15th floor. We really do not know as to how to counter such a builder.

Bought a flat at 45 Nirvana Hills and am very impressed with the quality of work done by Kumar Builders. Not to mention their attentive team who helped me throughout the journey tirelessly, always available on phone for clearing any concern and always ready to address my issues. With all my experience I would totally discount the negativity surrounding KUL Ecoloch issue because to me it looks like, Kumar Builders in Pune have totally bounced back to the reliable and committed builders that they are!

During my househunt journey, I was taken aback by the negativity surrounding KUL Nation and KUL Ecoloch.
