Yes the rental agreement process is bit lengthy but via NoBroker team we could do it all remotely especially when landlord and tenant were in two different cities. Also on mail and chat support was helpful in changing details from agreement.

I recently took NObroker packers & mover service From the initial consultation to the final unpacking, they were professional, efficient, & courteous to Their movement manager sufiyan took the time to understand my needs & made sure that everything was packed & transported safely
Overall delivery experience was fine. There were some issues like a few broken items, drop not happening on time etc. Would have given 3 star, but the extra star is because of Ravi Kumar Yadav, my shifting representative. They made sure to fix my issues on time. Even went ahead and changed the partner as the partner was not providing all the services. I would have cancelled my booking if he was not there.

No broker has very good packers and movers service. My movement manager VARSHITHA M from NoBroker packers and movers helped me a lot with the service related queries.

I booked the service for a particular date and time. Their partner started harassing us to shift a day before the booked date. When we ask for service on a particular day, I am still not able to understand how they are asking customers to shift before hand. Have you too faced harassment with No Brokerhood anytime?

Yes, it is an absolute waste this NoBroker service! infact there is no service provided at all, they just keep sending messages and some random calls from owner brokers!

They only know to take the money and then there is no service provided! And no resolution for poor procedures at their end. Do not recommend to avail their services at all
This "business" is in part a scam. We need to take these people to consumer court.I have been behind them for several months now. Their customer service keeps ''escalating'' and nothing happens after that.They did almost nothing to rent out the property and did not even complete painting and cleaning - just took the money in advance and are holding onto it till today, many months later.

They will not resolve until you chase for 2 month. i am continuously poster for 2 month. like flood of post for no broker for negative review. Then they call and apologize and refund my money.

No. They will charge more than brokerage. please beaware of these frauds.
Not sure about selling, but they are no good for rental service as well. Keep a distance from these guys.
No they will initially say Millions of request etc... but ll never do any ground work. my preference would be Magic bricks with Gold pack. as you wont rely on any other third person instead you ll talk to buyers directly Its the same cost if you purchase Guaranteed Money returns.. as they ll say excluding GST rest will be refunded if the property was not sold within 90 days. eventually they ll come up with we will also deduct for service (PATHETIC SERVICE) that was provided.

NoBroker is pathetic. Pls do not use them. If you want I can give my email ID for questions/comments on my absolute nightmarish experience with them which is still continuing.
