Shittt house ...don't buy. It is prone to disaster.The walls are fake POP. There is a leakage issue and floor is made of false material.

There is nothing to say much.Govt should look into this building and perform a investigation on the construction.

The bulding are best and beautiful all the thinks are good and all the material use for make building are the best colitis and prize is best and low. Don't waste your money on anything build by these developers. You will regret the decision for the rest of your life. These buildings are made with low standards and poor quality material. Not even worth 10lakh and they are charging in crores. Shame on this developer

We recently rented a flat in this building thinking it will be a luxury up-market property.

Let's start with the process of pre-rental. So we saw the house and liked the location as close to our family. But, we wanted to see more houses so we contacted another broker via magicbricks to see if he had more options.

We came the next day and the Lodha group would not allow us to see the house. Apparantly they have some in house rental agency or something which regulates who gets to see the house and when and by whom. We were sent back and the man, Ha* Pa*, was very rude to me an my mother.

Nevertheless, we found someone in our network who owns a property with the layout I wanted and decided to rent from them because we thought this would not be an issue once we move in.

Cut to today,

I literally ended up in tears begging the guards to let me into my own house at the gate.

The staff is extremely rude and to get anything done it is a fight:

Getting my furniture to my house - fight.

Getting my house cleaned(by outside cleaners) - fight.

Getting my packers and movers to deliver - fight.

(During furniture moving the service lift malfunctioned and we were stuck in the lift in a. very scary situation as it kept shaking yet when we came out they would not let us carry the furniture in the normal lift. I felt like a piece of cr@% as I begged the guards to have my furniture delivered to my house. We could not take the stairs as its a high floor(Above 15+ floor)

Entering the building(who are you, where do you come from, SHOW ME YOUR ID - every single damn time - are not questions you wish to be asked after driving an hour through traffic to come to YOUR OWN HOUSE. Later, the guard even harased my mother with this. She asked me to move out but we have signed a lease which is a 1 year binding so I am trying to figure out what I can do to break that.

The other day I was just walking around the propoerty courtyard at night(around 10 pm) to see get some air and I got asked who are you and where are you going? . What am I aishwaryasingh23ing for?

Now coming to the quality of the house:

Basic attention to detail is missing such as there is no water connection point for putting water purifier in the kitchen. The material used is low quality ply rather than wood, which actually broke in just opening a shelf. It would not have been such a "huge" issue if they were not charging a bomb by calling it a "luxury" property,

There is no sign of in house cleaning etc which they proudly promise.

Oh also, in some houses the sewage pipe runs through the kitchen, there is a duct for it but I shudder to think what will happen if it leaks someday. Unfortunately, I did not see this before renting.(That is a lesson for me to learn)

OVERALL,

Staff is rude, I am made to feel like a criminal for trying to enter my own house.

Materials are not good quality and a lot of walls are hollow. Be careful before you try mounting tv etc on them.

Hello dear companion today I am going to share my review of lodha gathering . lodha gather is one of the organization whose crude so don't pass judgement on the nature of their administration and works are awful? kindly don't put your earned cash into this phony organization as there is no favorable position, there are numerous burdens . there are terrible network issues . Lodha Group is a better group of Builder. This group is very nice. They are making good building. Their work is always good and clean. The company has growth last few years and this company's worker hard working. According to me the customer service department of this group is very well and all problem solve the customer as soon as. Lodha has been a well company named builder and devlope. Lodha group is very better but building cost is high but company is a good constructions company

.Today I will share my reviews on Lodha Group of Builders which is located in Mumbai.My uncle who is currently living in Mumbai visited Lodha Group last week.It was not a appreciating experience with Lodha Groupn of Builders.They promise too much but they do not fulfill it.Customer service is provided but many of times they do not give quick response.Staff availability is also very less.They charge too much and many a times extra charge is added.

Lodha group developers are fake.

You will also get amazed by its website. But, everything is good and excellent until you book your apartment. Once you do that, the treatment changes. You are no longer of importance to them. The only time they will contact you is when they need payments. On that also, they are suppose to give 15 days of reasonable time to make such payments. But due to internal fault, demand letters does not reach customers on time. But to your surprise, you will find out that Lodha Customer Team will still expect that you meet the deadline of the payment demand letters which is sometimes already passed or is due in next 2 days. Unless you carry 10s of lacs of rupees in your pocket and can make payments within 2 days, don’t try to book with them because you will lose your peace of mind if you do. They start adding 18% compount interest as penalty to payments. And then if you try to contact senior management, they threaten you that if you go into the Signed Sale Agreement terms, Lodha’s legal team will find multiple legal clauses to entangle you, so make the illegitimate payments quietly. This is not what I would like to hear from a "Customer Care" team head. Also, if a customer is late, you get charged 18% compound interest and when Lodha is late, they get 1 year grace period plus if Lodha can’t deliver in that time frame, you can cancel and they will return your money with 10% simple interest only in multiple installments. How is that fair? I can tell you that Lodha Builders will be dragged to Court very soon and they would have to pay huge fines for bringing mental disturbance and mishandling issues with its Customers.

So guys be aware.

Lodha is not providing draft copy of agreement before signing. It is un lawful and unethical to force someone sign the agreement without giving chance to review. There is something suspicious about it. They say it can be viewed online. I tried that, but viewing on website is very slow. Takes several minutes to go to next page. My lawyer is not going to have that much time to view the agreement and confirm. Other option given by them is to take your lawyer to Their office to see the agreement. Neither myself nor my lawyer have that much time. Besides lawyer going to charge heavily. Some of the comments on Internet by customers say that the agreement is one sided and the land of the property is now owned by society. If it is true, then that would probably mean the society which will be formed will not have rights to use increased FSI in future. New customers should be careful and ask for agreement copy before making payments. I am into a fix. I have paid money and now getting to know all these.

I am a busy man. I will have to synchronise my Leave with lawyer's availibility to go to Lodha office. After verification, I will sign and register the agreement and only then the Home loan is disbursed. Meanwhile my payment date will pass by and I will have to pay heavy interest of 18% on account of delayed payment.

Lodha is hiding the agreement so that buyers may skip review and don't scrutinise before sign. It's malpractice

Mr Lodha is a big builder, or at least he thinks he is. After having been pursued for a week, I gave in and agreed to visit his new project at 'new Cuffe Parade' which is on the way to Chembur and in the middle of nowhere. After getting there, I was told I will need to meet the sales manager who will brief me about the 'project' and before I can meet him I will need to fill in a form. Too many important people wasting my time, Mr Lodha. Not the right way to make friends and influence people.

The customer service at lodha is Pathetic, The Relation ship manager and escalation beyond are real Inefficient, useless, morons, complete waste, don't deserve to interact with clients, shameless.

I regret to be a customer of Lodha should have tried else where. Once you invest you are treated like a slave.

Booked property with Lodha considering it is a big brand name but the way people work is far more worse than any road side builder.

No proper planning and follow up with the customer . They make mistakes and wish customer should pay late payment fees. I have to at least call 10 times before I get hold of the relation ship manager assigned. He is always busy with what I don't know.

Cant be sure whether the whole organization works like that or its just few morons which spoil the company's name?
