Don't make your decision based on these reviews. Yes there was a delay in Phase 1. Phase 2 they are doing it very well. You can ask phase 1 people who are staying there about the speed of phase 2 construction. Definitely the best price in the best location in Hyderabad

We have bought a flat in Hillcrest Phase 2. As if now they are doing construction on very fast face. Hope phase 2 will be delivered on time. Victims of phase 1 are trying to spread negativity on project. GO and visit and make your decision. As RERA is in place phase 2 for sure will deliver on time

The best project to purchase in financial district with good quality of construction and with great open space and with good amenities I think everyone who is looking for purchase should just have a look once at this project as I have visited yesterday it was good and the staff was also very polite with good hospitality...

One of my office colleague has recommend this project initially I thought the builder is delayed phase-1 , so I dropped , later i have visited so many projects in financial district area i have realised there is no any project which is near to 1cr budget so I change my perception .I book a 2bhk flat in phase 2 .I think now the builder is doing construction is very fast..My opinion is the best location with best budget..

One of the best location and price is the best part....IT Companies, Schools, hosiptal etc.carpet area is the best one

Best location for good returns and rental value surrounded by IT corridor and access to ORR,

Very transaparent in terms of selling on carpet area which no other builder follows in Hyderabad!

With even more upcoming IT parks near it's vicinity.. Its the most in demand project!

Project is centrally located and it is inside the ring road with very good connectivity. We liked the location and booked 2 bhk 866 sft in C Block. No regrets on price.

Hillcrest apartments exceed my expectations with its modern amenities. It is a perfect choice for for those who value an active and healthy lifestyle.

I really like the connectivity. Everything is bery good and convenient. You get to love in the centre of financial district which is truly fab.

Hillcrest by Pacifica is a truly masterpiece. The amenities and the location is top notch. Definitely go for it.

As a senior retired government employee I have experienced a good, healthy and peaceful life here, definitely mesmerizing location for retired couple to live together.

On 6 June 2019, we paid caution deposit about 4.92L to book a 2BHK flat in Phase C, 1302. However, we have requested cancellation due to the family emergency during covid(my father has been hospitalized) on 12 Aug. 2020.

The initial response was that I will be refunded by deducting the minimal processing charges within 60 to 90 days.

I have been following up with Hillcrest for the past 3years+ and there is no positive response. Now HillCrest says that as per the policy, we need to pay back additional amount.

We don't understand the fact that we don't own a single brick/sand from HillCrest and still forfeiting hard earned money.

I request everyone whoever reads this message to help me on how to handle this.

One of the worst project in entire Hyderabad. Project delayed by multiple years with no proper communication. Don’t fall into their trap by trusting them with your hard earned money. Specifically don’t go for their emi option. It is just an intelligent customers to loot people.
