Don't consider investing in this project. Initially they promised to complete this project by September-2012, after that they have advertised that they will handover the project by 31-Dec-2012. But now they have postponed to August-2013.

Internal news is they are not paying their employees salaries, they are not paying Pre-EMI's to customers. They are not paying to their cement suppliers. The financial position of the company is bad. Many senior officials from engineering team have left this company. They don't have funds and staff to complete the project.

They claim that their construction quality is the better than other builders but their own model flat itself has many cracks on walls. None of their marketing staff or CRM stall is gives you a clear date on handover. It's a trap to if you invest in this project, you neither get you flat or get back your money.
