Investing in Land and believing in the person selling the land is a hand-in-hand approach. Looking at Peram's brand and Marketing executives(Brokers / Agents / Commission workers) boast themselves as Cheifs and Directors, misleads the buyers.

They sell even a Non-LP land and Non-purchased lands. ie., they sell lands first and then purchase(with the 30% amount you paid). Also, they take amount from you for "Development" and "Develop" the land with your money only. So, they are working with 0 capital!
