1 star is also waste for them, if there is a 0 star rating I would have given them that. We have purchased a flat with this builders. During our plan to purchase they were very interactive and helpful but once after purchasing it and when registration is completed they said that they will be handing over the flat with works completed in 3 months. From beginning we explained our situation to the management of how high importance and urgency of the house many times but because of their stupid reasons they stopped all works and they are not allowing to do any work. They wont even respond to emails or phones properly. Very rude, impolite and irresponsible management. Dont buy even a brick from them. Not at all a good company. worst experience ever.

Recently My family was looking for a flat in a good society with all facilities, connectivity to all possible emergencies and market around. We contacted Modi Builders, and told their representative about our requirement. They showed us many options. They were so well planned and according to our need. We finally booked one flat with them. They have multiple options for us. The other builders we have contacted does not show us this much options as modi builders gave us.

Modi Builders take on housing projects on a larger scale. Initially, I thought my budget won’t suit their prices, but after talking to their experts I felt very happy as their quote was well in my budget. Varied needs are addressed as per customer’s choices and interests. Completion of high-tech projects adhering to the guidelines accurately is their forte. The interior designs are contemporary too. I have got my home in a very well maintained society which was really unexpected and also in my budget too.

We get incentives monthly those are like bonus, we had parties with them, we get appropriate holidays that increases our work effectiveness. We have flexibility of 9 hour shift no boundation to come at 8 or 9 in morning. Policies of the company are in the favor of employees. I am going to get married in next 15 days. Because of my marriage it is obvious I have to take leaves for so many reasons. My colleague and management are too good. As management providing me leaves. And colleagues handling my projects in absence of me. Truely it’s a team work based company. I am feeling so light and tension free, because of such wonderful team mates I can enjoy these days. I purchased a postcard perfect residential flat at Greenville by Modi Builders a few months back. Since I was very particular about the handover timeline, value for money and quality parameters, modi builders satisfied me for all the concern I had involved in the home buying procedures.

However I needed a much spacious kitchen but I felt that it could be ignored considering rest of the amenities they were offering.

I would like to share my experience with a real estate developer, Modi Builders. Somewhere around two year ago, I was searching for a residential property space then I came across Modi Builders on the internet. I then posted a query on their website and a representative attended me.

The representative requested me for site visit for some of their projects. He also made me talk comfortably about my budget and he provided property options according to it. The flat was delivered just as promised and I did not have to put in a lot of efforts. I got timely possession of my property.

This is the one of the best buiders in india but now a days it is not good for vonstruction they will not build houses with quailty material they should use higly setting of cement should be in paste no one is using good quality of cement they use good sand and water in.

The ratio of 2: 1 but no cement is good for us so please yse this type of cement for construction in thos working every one not ready to use this type of cement cannot be used gpr construction dont use this type of cement for this way we can say modi builders are not good.

I booked one residence for me at silver springs block b. I am happy with the paper work, all the legal formalities are described properly in papers. Material used in construction are also satisfactory. As a customer I satisfied with dealing and services of builder. Site is comfortable for me, roads connected with silver spring are broads. Public facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, recreational areas and parks are so  nearer.

My residence is emerald heights. I presented this apartment as a surprise to my wife when she came in my life as my better half. Its around one year we are staying here restfully. We have all Amenities and maintenance of gardening, cleaning of swimming pool all things are on time. Or at least in a month all care has been taken by staff assigned by modi builders. These apartments are meant for happy life peaceful and restful stay.

I am staying at Emerald Heights of modi builders since 3 years. I and my family members are happily staying in our home sweet home. My kids loved to stay here. We all were sat in Landscaped garden the day before yesterday evening and I eventually asked them that we are going to shift to Pune next month, I got some good opportunity there. My angel Riya came to me and told me dad I won't go anywhere, I loved this place. My lil angle got upset by the thought of leaving her beautiful place, I decided to stay here as long as my family want to stay. I felt that my family is happy here, we have everything here all the advance facilities. We have good memories here and we can create many more.

Company is faithful for employees. They welcome freshers and mould them into a tough candidate for other competitors. Management knows the strength of team work and treat their employees as a team not as junior or there is no management gap kind of thing. All have their feet in same shoes because of team work and transparency in work process. This thing sometimes create some problem for a personal one. Sometimes some not feel that much comfortable while working. We can not consider this particular thing as cons but we can work on this so that the work process become more smoother.

Flat is too good. We have all luxury available in it. Location is too good centrally located. All the amenities and facilities they are offering to us are of 5 star quality. Security gaurds are too active. Main and the most important thing they offer us a nice parking facility too.

I am a normal visitor. I am from north region of India. I went to Hyderabad for some purpose, it's my colleague's marriage. he stays in one of modi builders apartment. As he is very close to me so I went to attend his marriage approx one week ago and help him for his shopping and it's my first visit to south region. As m already impressed with the way his house looks. As we found little bit time I asked him about his apartment too and he explained me few things. I like south region it is peaceful. If fortunately I got place nearer to these apartments then surely I will buy or rent one for me.
