Hello everyone, this is my experience for modi builders sunshine park, m going to share with you. I and my mom went to my aunt's home which is in sunshine park. That area was so amazing, I like that so much and wish to have one of mine falt there. If we talk about location that is also good we have near about everything like railway station and grocery stores and many more is so near. clean surroundings, well managed society and reputed, educated neighbours. Anyone can leave there so peacefully.

They provide almost best service here in hyderabad. they are very good in their service delivery to their customers and are people of their words. They are even good with their customers and are punctual in their work.

Their work speed is also very good. I have seen many apartments build under their name and all of them are almost very lovable and at good places, the designs, the use of materials all are good.

Staff are all very good but only few people are present to talk.

I joined this construction company last year as an relationship manager. all the staff members and mangement are quite classy. I just love the way they portray themselves and how so dedicated they are for their work. Actually I am thankful to them, they figure out something in me and gave me such a wonderful opportunity to work with them. I work with Modi Builders form last two years as interior designer. When I was a fresher in this company the management and colleague help to achieve the targets. The work culture the have is very good, always to motivate the employs. The increment and reprisal system is quite satisfied for freshers and old employ but sometime work pressure and date line give my headache but its ok its my part of my work.

I am working with Modi  Builders from long two years and as per my experience the organisation is good for startups and learners. The management is strict sometime you face the hurdle and short timelines in  projects. As a architecture I learn a lot and achieve lots of on site knowledge and in house knowledge with good increment. I would like to recommend who want to learn and achieve in job carrier.

I had with Modi Builders for two years as Associate Civil engineer that was a great experience and thanks to my colleagues and seniors who always ready to help. As per my experience I can say this organisation is good for learning in handling pressure and deadline of projects. I bought a villa from Modi Builders in the year 2007 for a hefty price. I realized later that it was a huge mistake. The property was overpriced and I thought the builder is charging more for the quality. But I faced many problems. The quality of construction was inferior. We had many problems with the common amenities. Swimming pool is not ready yet. The tiles of the club house were broken. The tennis court doesn’t have a proper surface. I had to install the net and fix the problems with my own money. The lights do not work. He charges hefty monthly maintenance amount with no transparency. I can write another 100 pages about the problems but I do not have time. In summary, if you want to avoid the problems that I faced, DO NOT BUY FROM MODI BUILDERS.
