Water treatment facility but bad water at times,

shower rooms in gym but no towels,

intercom but no extension for gym, helpdesk or store.

If you have lived in any other city in a similarly priced apartment, do your checks without assumptions. Everything is here, but the critical part is missing. current resident of(tower good - 2000+ 1) in My Home Bhooja.

I have visited My Home office recently to enquire about the ongoing project. I would like to purchase on the project. I enquired about the properties in online live chat first. They have provided me some mobile number contact. I called that number multiple time but no one answered the call. So, I directly went to office to meet the sales persons over there. Once I am in office they asked me to sit in some office room. I waited for almost an hour. No one came to talk to me. I was sitting alone in the room. Then I again told the security that I was waited for long time. Then security person called some sales persons. He even came after 15 mins after letting the Security Person know about my waiting. After 15 mins the sales person just came in and did show any concern or did even ask about my long waiting over there. He started showing attitude and asked me which property I was looking. I mentioned him about the project. Sales Person started mentioning the property cost so and so price and are you ok with price. Till all this conversation he did not even ask me sit. He was making me to stand and answer me these question. When I asked him to bring the brochure, he went inside and came back after 10 mins gave me the brochure and price estimate. He was showing his attitude continuously all these time and he did not even provide details or explain about the project.

I check the GST rates of the property, they were mentioning GST as 12% as other builder in Hyderabad are charging 5%. When I ask him about it. He did not answer me properly. Does My home group want to cheat customer with more GST rates?

My Home Groups my be premium group of construction. If they don't know how to behave with the customer, then there is no point in saying as a premium group at all.
