I have booked a flat in #MayflowerPlatinum and possession is pending. Had very good #experience during Sales but post that it has been nightmares. Have been running to coordinate between CRM & Project team who don't internally coordinate. #PATHETIC customer orientation and #POOR commitments. Missing of calls, giving reasons like vendor is not supporting/ Sales committed wrongly/ waiting for CRM- Site instructions & vague commitments have become a norm for #ModiProperties team. They will quote a process for their delay and behaviour which is not logical. Worst is that we don't get response from senior members of these teams on mobile or emails so have to be on Mercy of God only. #WorstCustomerService. I hope that they listen and resolve our concerns

Biggest fraudulent builder, cheated lots of customers like me. Sold the mortgage bungalows and could not get the mortgage released from HMDA even after 7 years. The chairman feels like he is the more powerful than CM KCR and filed a case against TS municipality. Looted the money from innocent buyers. I wish he goes to hell.

Worst customer Relationship team they will not ask you to pay and give bank details the money at they give 3-4 lakhs penalty for late payments. the maintenance team will attend your calls at their will, and talk to you very nicely and do nothing for years. water leakages and poor construction quality, drainage problems.

Builder changes plan without intimation. Will not consider existing residents concern for new flat sales. Donot sign any paper without verying complete plan of the projrct. Sales and Civil Engineering no coordination, so we get cheated. Rain water seepage directly into bedrooms.
