Hello, if you're considering investing your hard-earned money in Indis Viva City project, I would recommend taking a closer look at a few ongoing concerns. The property maintenance is currently managed by a third-party agency appointed by the builder. Unfortunately, the overall hygiene and sanitation standards have not met expectations. There have been several instances of trash accumulation in common areas, particularly in the basement, which has unfortunately contributed to the presence of stray dogs, rats, bandicoots, mosquitoes and other pests within the premises.


Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, responses from the maintenance team(Propcare) have often been delayed or missing. Communication from the builder has also been limited, particularly when it comes to sharing key documents at the time of handover.


It's important to be aware of these things before making an investment. I would strongly suggest speaking with at least 3–5 current owners or residents to understand their experience before deciding to purchase your dream home here.


Giving 1 star only because there's no option to give less than that.

Indis one city is one of the most cheating builders. I have purchased 2 bhk flat in Indis in the year of 2017. Some how they have prepared 2 sale deeds for the same flat with one lakh difference in the amount. I have paid all the amount to indis and at the end when I went for registration they showed me other sale deed and asked me to pay the difference amount of one lakh. I have asked them on how they have 2 different sale deeds for the same flat. They were not able to answer it. And they cornered me like if you didn't pay one lakh we will cancel your flat so that you will lose 20 lakhs. As I have already paid all the amount I was not able to go for case filling as I do not have time. But as per my experience I will not suggest to buy a flat in indis one city.
