Important: Indis Viva City Falls Short on Hygiene

Hello, if you're considering investing your hard-earned money in Indis Viva City project, I would recommend taking a closer look at a few ongoing concerns. The property maintenance is currently managed by a third-party agency appointed by the builder. Unfortunately, the overall hygiene and sanitation standards have not met expectations. There have been several instances of trash accumulation in common areas, particularly in the basement, which has unfortunately contributed to the presence of stray dogs, rats, bandicoots, mosquitoes and other pests within the premises.

Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, responses from the maintenance team(Propcare) have often been delayed or missing. Communication from the builder has also been limited, particularly when it comes to sharing key documents at the time of handover.

It's important to be aware of these things before making an investment. I would strongly suggest speaking with at least 3–5 current owners or residents to understand their experience before deciding to purchase your dream home here.

Giving 1 star only because there's no option to give less than that.
