Not trustworthy and once you book this property you will be having nightmares because this place does not have the amenities and facilities that they promised and you will have a tough time here because even electricity and water supply is not available properly!

It has been constantly seen that many of the real estate projects take a considerably long time for their final completion. There are no proper regulatory terms and conditions that are been keenly taken into account so as to properly have a compliance rule in place to ensure regulations of rules during the entire execution.

Poor co-ordination for submitting bids

Online bids are not supported in a proper formal way and there is no procedure in place that ensures that deadlines for the tenders are met. There is no formal compliance with the adequate laws that safeguard that all the processes are in the current proper flow. THis needs to change in accordance to the standard rules such that it is very convenient for all the buyers interested to take part in good numbers.

Liquidity not seen to be normalising

The liquidity scenario to convert commercial assets into active liquid cash flows have been highly inactive and the developers have been failing at getting themselves funded for some of the great under constructed projects. This needs to be improve.

They are vey slow on implementation.
