The builders are very slow on implementation. They will take the advance money on time and will not shy away from claiming interest if any payments are late, but they have delayed the project so much.

Ridiculous limitations!

The limitations that the builders place on you even though the house is yours is ridiculous. You cannot even take tutions in your own house here and if you want to make any furniture for your own house, you need to show the builder designs and then only you can go ahead with it.

The builder is not ready to meet the flat owners even though we are waiting for the possession of our flat for so many years! I therefore recommend that you stay away from this builder as much as you can!

Promise broker!

The possession was delayed by 1 year! There is no proper society formed even after 3 years. They got the car parking, which is really important done after 2 years! They charge a very high maintenance as well and do not provide the facilities required!
