I would like to share my experience with Vertex homes. Their delivery of recent project is delayed by 3 months. The worst project ever. please do not buy. they do not have any professionalism to talk or keep up to any commitments. Nobody to address the concerns or even receive calls. We are feeling cheated after paying so much money and taking all the action within time from our end. Please be aware customers!??????
