They don't compensate for delays in project

Review on Vertex Panache, Kokapet, Hyderabad

I would like to share my experience with Vertex homes. Their delivery of recent project is delayed by 3 months, and all along they kept saying delays would be compensated as per agreement.

But their finance denied us of giving any compensation for the delay.

Their JMD also doesn't respond to queries or concerns of their customer.

Despite me making all payments on time as per the agreement in a timely fashion, I expected the same fa our to be returned. Unfortunately it was not.

I would like to awaken people, to be aware when dealing with sales or CRM of Vertex as they follow the terms of agreement as per their convenience.
