Atlantis, Narsingi is a project that many dream of. Many turned their investments up to the tune of 2.5x within 5 years. Then there are some others who missed out on the golden opportunity and started calling it fake to satisfy their urges. The project is sprawling. It has MyHome & Rajapushpa in the vicinity & is a hot cake in the town right now with everything sold. The work is high quality, the rooms spacious and the area is well utilized. The lake is already getting cleaned where the possession is still over a year away. The rates are competitive & not high for the prime location. Numbers say it all. I'd suggest anyone doubting them over fake reviews to visit & see for yourself. We bought one in 2022 & booked another today looking at the promising future. All the best

We bought VASAVI DREAMS  under VASAVI constructions.Our apartment is good and builder tried to get sunlight for each and every apartment by having a central open place with surrounding apartments.In the centre he gave us a playing area for kids in which they provided merry go round, see-saw, a slider etc.The main appreciated work done by this construction is all the apartments get sunlight.We are satisfied with this apartment though it costs a little high when compared to areas like Kukatpally etc.

Don't dare to contact these property developers called vasavi constructions. they are just looting people  with their fake promises. we were planning to buy a 2 bhk in hyderguda and approached these guys. the proposed rates were too high compared to the current prices in Hyderguda.

Though we went to their office they were showing up the engineer concepts of building how they gonna look. from starting to the end we did not liked the way they handled the conversations. at one point we even doubted as if it was total fake. they were true but not up to the mark or to reply on them for our life future.

Not recommended, beware of these guys.
