The Facilities Are Not Good!

Nobody takes care of the facilities here! There is no proper society! There is a plot for a swimming pool, but there is no water in it! There is no management that wants to take responsibility! This is horrible! We pay so much maintenance fees and this is what we get!

Most of the houses that are built 50 kms away cannot be quoted at higher prices since they incur additional expenses and cost that can be credited to and accounts from travel and the time needed to avail for other services like basic entertainment and food and healthcare services. Hence not preferred.
Illogical demands

At the time of possession, new and illogical demands appear which we were not told before and it is quite shocking and surprising that a renowed builder like this will do something like this and threathen to not give us our property because of this reason!

The possession was delayed to such an extent and then they also made us sign an agreement that we did not fully agree to and we are bearing the burnt of it now.
