The number of car parking spaces that they have made is very less and sometimes I have to park my car so far away from my building; it is such a nuisance.

Small unit sizes

Since most of the property sizes have been reduced as compared to the past couple of years, it has been seen that more number of houses have been built and that has led to possibility of building many houses which is more like stuffing many and that has caused to be seen as apartment stuffing.

Too much noise

This property is built right near the railway station and the noise is so loud that we do not get sleep in the night. It is a huge pain to deal with.

The builder is not ready to meet the flat owners even though we are waiting for the possession of our flat for so many years! I therefore recommend that you stay away from this builder as much as you can!

Can't afford the mainteneance charges

The maintenance charges at this place is really high! We understand that we are getting amazing facilities but the nearby complexes also have the same facilities and they do not pay so much maintenance!

Hopeless feeling!

These builders have caused me such feelings of anger and displeasure like I have never experienced in my life! They are reputed builders and you would not expect such a thing from them, but they delayed the possession for 3 years and used poor quality ingredients for construction, which is causing us so many problems
