pure cheats.First Of All Let me be clear that I'm not an ex employee or competBrianbalakumaranr of Sairung Developers but a genuine plot buyer who has been repenting on my investment with Sairung. Their so called
useless CGM Rajendra Bhati is the most shameless person there. Please find at the end his skill set I wrote to him via mail.My pure intent is to save and alert people just like me who are putting their hard earned money as well as make a group of people who have been cheated by Sairung. I already have few known cases.
My story in one line: They did not acquire the land of the said plot and now they are not returning my money(over million rupees). False commitments and somehow take money and don't give back is their motto.I'll have a detailed document of how these cheats work along with their false commitme nts and bounce cheques.

Let me elaborate your skills first.
1. Its been more than a year you sold me something as a Sairung representative which your firm could not buy. And you did not take any care of intimating that to us. Whenever you talk you still think you have done things right. But sorry for anyone in this world except you it is non trustworthy and shameless behavior.
You have committed at least 3 to 4 schedules for reaishwaryasingh23ment of money on which you are sitting on and still not able to keep atleast one promise. Any one doing the same is called reneger( synonym: big liar).
You had signed an agreement of refunding money through cheques of 50k every week. You give out some cheques in the name of your company and they bounce. They are called dishonored cheques so are you. Needless to say last 8 weeks no cheques have been received.
You have been a "money licker" from the word go while taking money and while giving it back you give tame excuses and put forward your juniors especially ladies like Mary and Tazeen. I see you as a coward money licker.
More than money, I'm a person with "self respect" something you never had it seems and I'm not going to make you my "GOD" just because you are sitting on my money. This is just to let you know that there are people who stand by respect which you don't understand.
Regarding money refund, you deposit the expected refund amount into my account or I'll make sure these facts reach the right people and owners with proofs of letters signed and copies of bounced cheques; in a way you have never imagined. I was busy with some important stuff off late but now have taken out some time from my busy schedule just for non sense people like you.
I bet you would not understand this English, coz it requires some "self regard".:) Cool you would realize its hard to earn and for someone as shameless, non trustworthy and coward money licker as you its near to impossible .
