As you booked a plot in our project " Bellissimo" , Area: 3680 Sq.Ft. on 2nd October, 2016 in our Land Equity Expo. The terms of the booking was clear that once you book you have 20 days to visit the site and decide whether to continue or not with your booking.
We have also provided you all the documents on time. The project already has 12 clients registered in it who have checked all the documents. You decided to cancel 2 months later due to whatever personal issue you might have had.
The standard cancellation policy is to deduct 20% and return the amount to you within 6 to 12 months as the amount you have given us has been invested in the project already.
Since we value you, regardless of the reason we will refund your entire amount without any deductions. So please meet our CEO Mr Aseef to discuss your payment. We are a company that has been working with great values and principles for the last 40 years, our intentions are crystal clear so do not worry your payment is and always will be safe.
