I had a very bad experience with a person named Anil Naik from Pune. He is showing the same land to multiple buyers, taking advance payments from all of them, and then completely disappearing. He doesnt answer calls or messages after taking money.

Everything he says is fake from ownership documents to promises. He has already cheated many people and has multiple police cases filed against him. Unfortunately, I came to know this only after it happened to me.

Im writing this review to warn others. Please do not trust this person. If youre planning to buy any plot, always verify everything through government records and talk to a lawyer before giving even ₹1.

Beware of Anil NaikReal Estate Fraud in Pune

I want to alert others about a person named Anil Naik operating in Pune, Maharashtra. He is involved in fraudulent real estate activities. He shows the same plot to multiple buyers and takes advance money from each of them. After receiving the payment, he stops answering calls and avoids all communication.

He makes fake promises, gives false information, and disappears once money is received. I later found out that there are dozens of cases already filed against him for similar fraudssome say over 40 cases.

He is taking advantage of peoples trust and hard-earned money. I am one of the victims, and I dont want anyone else to fall for this trap.

🚨 Please stay away from him and dont trust anything he says. Always verify documents officially and involve a legal advisor before making any kind of payment.
