I have had a bad experience with Gera channel partner and they just connect when they need referal for unit. Gera does not think that they are damaging their relationship

Gera iland of joy. Builder has gambled with the prices.. 85L worth 850sft duplex initial qoute on their portal and on day of launch they increased the price to 95L.. now continuously increasing the price with no additional benefits. On the top of it RERA project delivery date is kept May 2028..

They simply play with mind of buyers and creating price hikes in every 2hours to fear the buyers..

They don't lock the prices.. they collect 5times more tokens than the inventory available in the market.. and they give offers to higher price and final the deals..

Sales team giving false promises. People make mistakes by putting blind faith in the name of builder and sales persons. Do not invest in any prelaunch offers its trap.

Gera is not making child centric society and we all know with proof that Gera Song of Joy is a 'Street Dog Centric Society' since 5 years. If the people are animal's lovers which is very nice however this doesn't mean the planet of joy will be 'Street Dog and Street Cow Centric society'. We are good human being therefore we should think all circumstance and Gera should also take decision/action for both societies accordingly.

At the time of booking they will tell you all the good things. Be aware of giving booking amount as it will never come back to you. Their staff has a history of leaving the company in one year max as they follow a policy of hire and fire so anything that is promised to you by staff member might be just a gimmick to allure you. Gera park view once had a leakage from.the sewers pipeline ..His house was filled with poop all over. Horrible construction and lots of false promises.

Nice flat layout, good amenities and above all we liked the concept of child centric home. the quality of construction is very good and located at a very prime location in Kharadi. Bhagat was very friendly and patient in guiding us throughout the journey, overall pleasant expeience and interaction with sales team. excellent marketing team, very good customer service. we are very satisfied and happy with the deal.

We went through thr process of finalising the apartment within hours, which is absolutely amazing. hats off to the entire sales team for taking care of us! they patiently clarified all ou concerns and helped us make our decision. we felt right at home. : )

Song Of Joy offers one of the best clubhouse in the entire vicinity. proximity to my workplace and the internal layout and fittings makes it the best buy for anyone working in and around Kharadi. I like the concept of this project. these are child centric homes and provided with good amenities and spacious homes. The proximity to those working in EON IT park, airport and Magarpatta IT park is good and expecting good returns from it as few more companies are in pipeline for kharadi location.

We were searching for a perfect house in pune. We have allmost seen all projects in pune. Some projects had this and some had that as plus point, but Song of Joy project of Gera has everything that we were looking for our perfect house. Child centric thing is like iceing on the cake, what more one can ask for.
