I am proud to own my very own home at Gera’s Astoria - Goa. I have lived a larger part of my life in Europe(actually, Spain to be precise) and I understand the importance of breeze, light and air movement that allows one’s senses to be in touch with the countryside. I have all of this here. While I purchased this as a second buyer, I am happy that I took the right decision to be associated with Gera Developments. From my home, I have a view of the Arabian Sea shore line and that is one of the biggest attributes of my apartment. The sunset is a daily mesmerizing experience. Today developers are creating concrete jungles, but am glad that GERA understood that buildings are not merely physical structures but also a means of emotional communication. They have been able to incorporate elements of positivity into their structures. Happy to live here!

I am Max Menezes and have booked at Gera’s Imperium STAR. I would like to thank Gera Developments for organizing such a nice learning event. A lot of times it so happens that we have a great deal of potential but we don’t do a lot with it and stay in our comfort zones as mentioned during this event. This event helps us awake that potential and hunger to move towards our success. As a business entrepreneur myself, I understand that great leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their own personnel. I thank the Gera developments for facilitating social interactions among residents of its Gera's Astoria complex in Caranzalem, Panjim, Goa.

The layout of the Astoria complex includes a beautiful terrace with a 360 degree Panoramic view - viewing deck/seating, Gazebo and well maintained walkways and garden which provide an excellent meeting place for all residents. My friends and family have enjoyed many moments of togetherness here. We are enjoying the seaside living, refreshing air, watching amazing sunrises and sunsets, meeting and socialising with other residents, walking and exercising etc. The best part is that every one has access to the terrace including those with mobility issues - thanks to Gera's foresight in installing an elevator up to the terrace.

Consistent with their philosophy for creating happier communities where residents feel a deeper connect with each other, I have witnessed Gera Developments tries to keep its engagement with families through moments of celebrating together long after the possession formalities have been done. I therefore appreciate Gera's continued involvement in social activities at the Gera's Astoria, which help us in celebrating together.

In this regard, I want to specially mention our two consecutive Christmas Celebrations at the Gera's Astoria on 23 December 2015 and again on 23 December 2016. The Gera team, led by Ms Anita Shekhar, organised a high quality, beautiful Christmas event for us by our poolside. In 2015, the team organised a breathtaking professional fire show. In 2016, they had a Dance Team to showcase the rich cultural tradition of Goa. Each year, our Gera's Astoria children beautifully sang Christmas Carols. We all felt so proud of their delightful performance. The Children enjoyed the various fun games organised for them and had a very exciting time interacting with Santa.

Residents interacted with each other over a delicious dinner and contributed to the ambience of community living and camaraderie. I thank Gera development pvt ltd(GDPL) for their support.

My family moved in to Trinity Towers about 8 months ago.  Like any new project, there have been

some issues with the apartment initially but the maintenance team of GDPL was always at hand to rectify them. Our dealings with the entire Gera team has been extremely pleasant and they have been always more than willing to help out whenever needed.  We rarely experienced any breakdown of services which made our lives so much better here.

Our community is uniquely blessed with ample space for community activities which we hold

during all major religious and other occasions of importance. Gera’s client engagement team

has been actively  promoting and motivating our children through a number of workshops and seminars conducted by eminent personalities and organizations specialized in child development.  Some of the activities initiated by the GDPL Customer Engagement team so far include tie up with FC Pune City Football Club, a seminar on “Let’s Talk Money”, workshop by Dale Carnegie Training, workshop on MS Office  and Master Chef in the Making, cookery competition of the young chefs in Trinity Towers.  We are looking forward to many more such educative and entertaining activities in the future.

I truly appreciate the help and co-operation extended to the Trinity community by the entire CRM and other support teams in making all our events.

I have been an occupant at Gera’s Astoria for the last 3 years and can say for my family that we have been very happy living here. my son has a lot happy, friendly children in the neighborhood which makes great community living. The unsaid details like a good security group makes it easy to live here. Gera’s Astoria is at an extremely convenient location and I am just a two minute walk from the bus stand, as well as the super market and medical assistance. The swimming pool has been a major attraction for the families, and Gera Developments has organized some pleasant community events by this very poolside, hence happy memories are etched in my heart. The terrace is another amazing feature of the project and we use it to bond amongst ourselves even as we get a panoramic view of the coastline.

I am an woman entrepreneur and the overall positivity I feel has enabled me to successfully develop satisfied clientele, and an ever growing reputation by word of mouth. The seeds of happiness will always bear fruit.

This is with respect to programs organised by Gera for development of the children who are residents of their project Song of Joy in Kharadi, Pune(and I am proud to be one of them!) . We have attended only 3 such programs so far - Dale Carnegie series on self-confidence, Master Chef and Getting Rid of Exam Phobia - but are very happy with their efforts & sincerity in conducting the programs for our benefits. The phrase of "Child-Centric" home is not just a phrase, they have marvelously put the words into action. We now feel proud to be associated with Gera and my children look forward for their next program. It has not only helped the children to focus on thinking what they want to achieve but also made them plan the steps they need to undertake to achieve their goals. Exams are just round the corner(the timing of the last program could not have been better than this!) and I can see my daughter Palak actually planning for it and also enjoying the studies.gone is the pressure that "there is so much to cover", etc. She also developed a love for trying out new things in kitchen. Not only do the kids, but we also eagerly await mails from Anitaji to see what's surprise she has for us next. We probably would not have thought of getting into such programs on our own, but can see the benefits of having our children and even ourselves attending them.  Really appreciate the effort of Gera(and of Anitaji in particular) with regards to such programs and hope they keep on continuing them and on "Outdoing" themselves!

Hello friends, I am a resident at Gera's Astoria for the last couple of months. Been residing here with my family. I feel fortunate to be a part of this Gera community primarily because this place is a happy one and it's great to feel included. In fact we attended an interactive community building session with Gera team in December, where they made Christmas really feel what it's meant to be by celebrating " the spirit of giving and sharing" with each other. Though we booked our unit about couple of years back, our real interaction with the Gera’s group started with the Master chef series around October of 2015 . It was indeed a great experience for my wife to come out of her own queendom to learn something new and exciting. The cooking instructor and you were both extremely lovely to interact with, knowing the difficult task to bring all the participants(when everyone is attending 1st time) on one platform and encourage them to learn new skills. We appreciate approachability, patience, and professionalism of you both and the class ambience was great and we all had fun time while learning new things.

We also witnessed and were a part of the Shankar Mahadevan ‘Meet the legend’ series. What more to say of our experience except that it was a privilege to be under the same roof as this master of melody and actually hear him unfold his heart out

28th Feb 16 was the most endearing program where my elder son was the youngest star at the Shiamak Davar Child Centric program. I was delighted with the concept, and the sincerity with which the whole program was communicated to us. Anita, your constant updates and making us feel so included in everything is endearing. Strange as it may sound, our relationship with you is like that of one with a family. Shlok has been thrilled after every practice session and I can see that it has generated enough excitement in him, to pushing us now to join him in the dance classes. This has been the biggest take away for us.

Its not that there have been no trying times when dealing with Gera but what is beautiful is that Gera has been there through these times. This in fact gives us the confidence that when we face challenges we will know where to turn to seek advice. We are indeed happy to be a part of the Gera world!

I have booked a level in pre-dispatch at Trinity Towers(TT).its practically to a finishing. I have gone by Sky Villas(SV) to see any empty pads, and the quality is bad - roof splits, divider breaks. When I addressed CRMs, they said, its empty and is not looked after subsequently. When I communicated comparative quality questions in regards to TT, the reaction I got was, oh.the TT has preferable quality over SV, so rest guaranteed. As of late, TT was requested that place sprinklers in the unit before giving OC. Gera is asking cash from us, is it from others as well? on the other hand just us? My husband and I own a delightful home in Gera’s Astoria. For us it’s like a permanent retreat and it gives us a feeling of peace and joy. Fortunately we are surrounded by a healthy community of residents which is particularly good given the fact that this is a large size project. Gera Developments and the team have been making consistent efforts to create more vibrancy amongst the families even after possession.

We see this is a nice effort to build a more harmonious community and create positivity amongst families residing together . I have attended a couple of the Gera community engagement and I have also given a suggestion to increase the numbers of participating families the next time so that there is more vibrancy and every one of us at Gera’s Astoria feels like one large extended family

My interaction with Gera Developments has seen a few testing moments during the first one year cycle, but I have to say that right from the Managing Director of Gera Developments, to the teams that represent the organization, they have been very receptive, empathetic and accepting of my concerns. Hello, I am a proud owner at Gera's Astoria. My family and I are living at Gera's Astoria for the past 5 five plus years. This is a place we are proud to call our home and makes us feel happy. Our interaction with the developer has been often and I do find them responsive. The community events that are organised by Gera Developments are wonderful to be a part of. It binds families together and gives us a platform to know each other and celebrate the moment. Gera developments just organised a wonderful family event for the children of Gera's Astoria and it was indeed a treat to see all the little participants enjoy themselves with Santa Claus the parents also enjoyed themselves and cheered the celebration along. We look forward to more such events from Gera and would like to be a more active part.

I have recently shifted to Gera Astoria Panjim from a different appartment in same locality as I had heard a lot good about gera Astoria but everything thing just turned to b more wonderful n beautiful as I shifted here.

This place is so well designed n well maintained and so kids friendly.

The society members are so wonderful n cooperative here it was a wise decision to shift here.it feels so nice to know such lovely builders who take special initiatives to do creative this for the society members regarding maintenance and entertainment and development of the kids of the society which I have not seen before. Recently along with the society member s Gera developers they hosted such a fulfill Ed well organised Christmas party in the society we seriously had a great time especially the kids actually also the adults including the aged ppl. I couldn't believe they were So good.I am v happy with the Gera s and will highly recommend everyone to keep Gera developments Pune in mind first wen we invest. Thank u n merry Christmas.

Having just started out as a young family and looking for an investment in Real Estate almost 11 years ago, I wanted to be sure of where I would put my hard earned money. GERA has been a trusted brand for the last four decades in Pune and it was a natural choice for me to book in Gera’s Emerald City. At that point of time little did I know that Kharadi was going to be the gold mine it is today. It was an emerging market then and there was hardly any infrastructure. It was only Trust that promoted me to go ahead.

I was blessed not only with a wonderful apartment with a good layout at Gera’s Emerald City but also a destination that saw huge development in terms of roads, connectivity to the airport, malls shopping and dining experiences and a huge opportunity for employment. Kharadi has, over the past 10 years, seen excellent development as compared to other corridors of Pune and the area has witnessed an above average rate of investment returns over the last five years. I have been fortunate to be associated with Gera as an organization, long after possession and I continue to be supported and responded to. It’s a feeling of pride to know there are developers like GERA who actually do understand that the customer is the King today and remain customer focused even as they continue to surge ahead.

Dear Team, Firstly thank you so much for inviting me for this wonderful event. It was a pleasure to be amongst all the Gera imperium owners.

Imperium star was a unique concept with food courts, restaurant and shops accompanied by small offices making it affordable for common man to invest.

I have booked in other commercial projects also like Alfran Plaza in Panjim but no builder has taken a initiative like this one a programme where we get introduced to our future neighbors.

Keep up the good work. Looking forward for another learning programme.

We have been associated with Gera developments for over 10 years now. The best thing I like about them is the fact that they have always been very responsive, supportive, and reachable. The relationship just doesn't end after the house is handed over to you(as it does typically), it gets better from then on. It is indeed very rare to find a real estate group who connects with their customers so well.

Coming to the specific project, Gera development was able to deliver this project at a very tough time(2008-2009), when projects were getting stalled due to labour issues caused by political situation in Maharashtra. There were some teething issues with project, but all of the issues were resolved in an amicable way eventually. Though this project doesn't look great, and I know people do not like the outer look, I have not come across even one person who once entered the house has not been pleasantly surprised with the layout and space it offers. You cannot find such apartments being built any more.

Gera's CRM team is probably the best. It has been such a pleasure knowing and working with Ms Anita Shekhar. It actually comes from the fact that Mr. Rohit Gera himself is so approachable. I have had the chance to raise issues/concerns, and to share my feedback with him directly on multiple occasions.

They have been doing so many programs to continue to engage with their customers, and with their kids in particular. My kids attended multiple programs like "Access to success", Cooking/baking, New year & Diwali programs - those were just great.

It was our pleasure to be at Swara Zhankar presented by Gera. This is annual ritual for the music lovers to be at the venue every year and enjoy the Indian Classical Music which includes combination of Vocal & Instrumental.

We got opportunity to attend this music festival as a part of customer connect initiative through Gera team. Commitment towards its customers, making them part of OUTDOing helps customer feel exclusivity.

Artist performed in this year’s event left a lasting impression – Smt. Kaushiki Chakrabarty’s Bheempalas followed by Bandish, Dadra & Marathi Abhang along with Jugalbandi between Tabla Maestro Pt. Anindo Chatterjee and Pt. Kumar Bose took us in entire different world.

The other day Rahul’s Yaman & Pahadi Dhun set the correct stage for Rashid khan to render Raga Puriya. Both the artist from different generation made the people glued to their seats. Overall it was outstanding event.
