Very bad experience with this builder, their sales team give false promise and the builder unable to fulfill them. Their team changes every month, their employees also knows how bad this builder is.

Building quality is very bad, they still not provided common amenities even after 1 year of flat handover. Maintenance work is not done, and they are charging huge amount as maintenance.

They are not professional and do not have any knowledge.

Note- All 5 star rating are from builder and their relatives. Do not believe them, connect with someone from the flat owners for details.

Doesn't deserve a single star for F building.

I highly doubt people giving 5 stars ratings here.

Possession Got delayed by 10 Months from Rera commitment date for F building and no compensations were given.

It took builder another 2.5 Years to install AC in clubhouse, That too they shamelessly installed second hand(used) ACs with no warranty handover.

Leakage, Pipe bursting is all common here. You will feel like u r living on streets.

Lifts, STP, WTP plants, DG are all low quality, requires regular repairs causes high maintenance amount in your monthly bill.

Builder's response to any issue in society is very poor.

All promises made regarding approach road, water connection has turn out to be false.

Moreover, Society was being managed by builder initially, during that period many financial frauds were done by builder from our maintenance amounts, after which we formed society commitee and took over the accounts ourselves.

Going for Saarrthi group has been my biggest mistake.

I have purchased a flat inSavvy home -1.

Builder always gives us false commitment. and the quality is so cheap.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase the flat.

Before purchasing the flat plz visit the site saarthi Savy home -1(Hinjewadi)and have a look at any flat 4th floor onward.

You could see the material they have used is very low quality.

And of course, be careful about your agreement.

They will ask for 99% of the agreement value once all slab completed after that they will not do any work.

We struggling for 4 years, the builder is just giving a false date of possession and he is reluctant to give the possession date on paper. For any reason builder always extend the possession date from RERA.

They launched this peoject in dec2014 and promised to deliver by 2017 but they suddenly left the project without completing, and the people ARP group are so responsible that they are not even bother to finish the project, and from last 6 years buyers are waiting for their flat.
