After a lot of house-hunting we finally booked a 2 BHK in Skybay, Mahalunge. A couple of our friends live in projects by Sarrthi Group(Stanza and Savvy) and they recommended Saarrthi Group to us. The project is really nice. The best thing about this project is that it is rightly priced and has a lot of modern amenities. Plus, being close to NH-4 makes travelling really easy. The construction is going on in a great pace and I am sure the project will be delivered much before the promised date.

Saarrthi Group highly unethical, non trust worthy, Big difference between commitment & actual totally unprofessional & mismanaged group. This group has made "Saarrthi Sovereign" residents life miserable.

Visit and contact owners or tenants of Saarrthi Sovereign & take interviews & be convinced - how builder is playing with lives of all residents.He is failed to deliver society commitments while formation of society.

Also he extracted additional money from owners to form society. He is big defaulter to MSEDCL.

Lines are from NALLAS. Giving affidavit on behalf of owners without taking approval from owners.

Big concerns w.r.t power, water solar connections and many issues.

Saarthi group has cheated many of us at saarthi sovereign. The builder hasnt cleared off the electricity bills and so many of us are suffering from power cut and water problems. Please dont ever invest in this scheme, it is a total waste of money. Fraud service.

The builder is not bothered about the services, had very bad experience with my flat.I understand there will be problems, but builder has to resolve once identified by residents rather than running from them. I don't recommend this builder to anyone.

NOPE you SHOULD NOT trust this builder.

We are the sufferers big time. trust us. This builder is making fun of our hard earned money and peace of mind.  It was so far so good but as time was ticking to give handover to builder. they started tantrum like stubborn child. They were suppose to pay all the dues before handover; but as they didn't paid 10+ lacs of electricity bill. And now electricity company is chasing us for unpaid money but builder is not paying. doesn't this sound unethical and unfair practice? Think 1000 times before buying from this builder ever again.  This is just one of the example.

#Unethical #unprofessional #mismanaged #Not trustworthy - Charged 24 months of advances maintenance from all the flat buyers and then downgraded services on a pretext that funds are exhausted. Asked for additional maintenance from owners to clear the pending bills and guess what our esteemed Saarthi Group ran away with pending electricity bills of more than Lakhs, that too after giving a commitment in writing that all pending bills will be cleared.

Saarrthi Group is very pathetic builder and they are just fooling their customers by giving false commitments. I am staying in one off saarrthi Project "Sovereign". And here from last 5 days all residents are struggling to get basic facilities because of builder as He didn't clear previous mseb bills.

Saarrthi Group fraud and biggest cheater in builders group . There is NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER SUPPLY and we are living in dark. In-spite of numerous follow ups, builder is not paying his dues to MSEB and not providing basic amenities which he has promised at the time of selling and even at the time of handover. Also delaying possessions of new flats.

There are too many projects which are under construction since many years and delaying possessions. We are victims of this group . So please don't go with such kind of fraud builder.

Biggest frauds ever.not reliable at all.No promises kept .Water, solar heaters, electricity all big issues.Charge high maintenance and Don't pay bills is their policy.let the residents suffer.When the whole country celebrates Diwali the residents of Saarthi Sovereign live in darkness without basic amenities.cursing the day I invested my hard earned money here.please don't make the same mistake.They need to pull up their socks or very soon they will lose the trust of investors.

Saarrthi group is a fraudster / corrupt and crook. We, the residents / owners of Saarrthi Sovereign, Hinjawadi, are suffering big for basis amenities like electricity / water supply / STP etc. because of the builder.

The builder handed over the society with lot of issues and a huge electricity bill~13 lacs on top of multiple maintenance payments extorted from owners, which were not at all justified. The builder duped the society with hell lot of issues.

Builder did not paid the common meter bill and bribed the MSEB officials so that the society did not got any bills for common meters during 3-4 months before handover, resulting in disconnection from MSEB for the entire society with huge bill of~13lacs. It was the responsibility of the builder to clear all dues after extorting additional maintenance on top of the 2 years maintenance which they eaten up in only 1 year or so.

Builder did not fulfilled his commitments for basic amenities and now the society of 250+ families are living in dark and fighting with MSEB and other govt. agencies for basic amenities.

Bottom line, please don’t invest your hard earned money in these fraudsters.

Saarrthi group is one of the biggest fraud and corrupted builder you will ever see. The live example of this is Sovereign where they left more than 250+ families in complete dark age. The society was handed over from the builder with lots of issues in basic amenities like electricity and water. They also did not deliver their promises which left these resident families in no position.

It will be highly stupid of anyone investing in their projects inspite of such live example in front of them.

Genuine advice, do not le your hard earned money invested in any of their projects. Residents of sovereign are suffering big time. There is NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER SUPPLY and we are living in dark. Totally unprofessional, big time cheat. We, the residents of Sovereign are suffering for basic amenities like water, electricity because this builder has cheated us with the help of corrupt MSEB officers. Builder did not clear the outstanding due amount of common meters in the premises. He promised so many thing while purchasing. He even went a step ahead to do some heinous acts like cutting water supply for the society because he wanted to earn extra money on the context of high maintenance charges. Don't invest your hard earned money in his projects. Please look for some other reputed builders in Pune.

The group did not delivered on promised things. Society is struggling with basic issues like approach road, water, electricity. electeicity bills pending on builder's name for last 6 months. Around 13 lakhs of bill is pending on the builder. The approach road is non existant. Worst builder when it come to commitment.

I visited at Saarrthi Savvy Homes site last month, the location was good, it is very near from all the essential places like Dmart, Big Bazar, Ruby hall hospital, Xion mall etc. Sample house is not ready, plinth not completed, It seems this project will take time to complete.

I did not get the good response from the representatives of builder office. There were two ladies who was not entertaining so I left from there. It seems like they were not interested to sell their flats. Overall my experience is not good because of the behavior of representatives.

I wanted to book a home in Pune. I finalized a couple of places to choose from. Ultimately chosen a flat in Saarrthi Skybay due to high quality and fair pricing they offered. What I liked was the sincerity and good service by the staff of Saarrthi. The number of projects going around in the same locality also gives them more credibility.

I have seen couple of review where which I found completely wrong about builder, got a good confidence with such bran, . surly! I recommend Saarrthi Skybay to all who want to get the own home in smart city in vicinity of balewadi Pune.

Hi,

I have purchased a flat in Saarrthi, Satin hills, Bavdhan, in 2010.From first year itself there were leakage problems to all the external walls .My total interior work was damaged. and this leakage problem is not only with my flat but with all the residents of my society.There we several complaints made to builder which were initially attended for first year but never solved any of them.They started ignoring from second year itself .and never turned back . not a single issue is resolved till date.I have a top floor flat and since last two years I have leakage from ceiling and it is not dampness but literally seepage from slab, you can imagine what kind of quality this builder gives.Since last couple of years they have stopped replying our mails also.Very pathetic builder with very very very low standard.

Please Please anyone thinking of buying a flat with this builder .THINK. THINK.
