Genuine advice, do not le your hard earned money invested in any of their projects. Residents of sovereign are suffering big time. There is NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER SUPPLY and we are living in dark. Inspite of numerous follow ups, builder is not paying his dues to MSEB and not providing basic amenities which he has promised at the time of selling and even at the time of handover.

This is the case since we moved into the society.
