On my below post I got call from Mr Sharukh Malik(Director of Sairung Developer) on 15th Dec and he understood my situation and assured to pay refund of 10 lac before 12th of Jan.

I am very tensed and worried. Sairung developer has not delivered on promises and harassing me.  Is Sairung developer cheating with me?
Let me explain my story in detail.
My name is Rahul Ingle. I paid 10 lac to Siarung through cheques( RTGS) as a booking amount for one of the plots in Sairung Avishkar project. But immediately on the next day, due to medical emergency( father's health issue) I had to cancel this plot. I have informed same to Sairung team on next day and had meetings with Saurav Kumar( Manager) and Sharukh Malik( Director) in next couple of days.
Sharukh Malik seemed like an honest guy and he promised to pay full amount and provided cancellation letter on Sairung developers letter head.  We requested for PDC and legal agreement but they did not provide and said as a special case we will refund your amount in 3/4 months and we will not be providing PDC or any agreement. They gave some strange arguments for that but we believed on Sharukh Malik and moved on. He promised that he will pay amount in installments and pay full amount within 3 months but let’s have agreement of 4 months.
But now after 3 months we have not got any amount and they are not giving proper commitment. Whenever we call or meet them they say that we are trying and contact after 15 days. I wrote multiple mails to Sairung Developer including Sharukh Malik. But he is not responding to it. We requested meeting with him multiple times but they are not cooperating.  I find this very strange and I was not expecting this from Sairung Developers.
You can verify my story from Sairung Developer’s employee as all( Vaishali Kadam, Madhuri Kamble, Peter & Saurav Kumar…) of them know my family very well and they are aware of harassment which we are going through.
I will keep my post updated every week and take this issue to next level if I do not hear back from them. My whole family is very disturbed and loosing peace of mind. Due to this problem my father has gone through sever health issue about which I have informed  them many times but their behavior is very insensitive and unethical.

Dear Mr Ingle,
The plot you booked in our project Avishkar was a resale plot, the payment you made of 10L was given immidiately to the plot owner. Once you decided to cancel due to a personal issue we cannot ask the client for a refund and since it was with no fault of ours that you cancelled according to the booking form cancellation terms that you signed we were supposed to refund you the amount in 6 months with a deduction of 20%. But we understood that your problem was critical so we made the ethical decision of giving your entire money back within 4 months without any deduction and gave you the commitment in our letter head signed by our top management. According to the signed document we still have time until 2017 January 12th to find a new buyer and pay back the money to you. We do not understand why you are panicking since we have not broken any term committed. So we request you to be patient and abide by what is written and mutually signed by us and wait until the final date where we assure you the complete refund without hassle.
