Sairung builders is a know cheat and has been repeatedly cheating customers and dont know how, but if getting away with it.

Now with the laws becoming stringent, builders with reputations as bad as Sairung wont be celebrating much.

They came up with a project call solus, cheated all, made the flats and are utilising the same as a hotel, did not hand over possession to the owners, pressurized the owners to sell them back the flats at a massive loss of many many lakhs of their hard earned money. They are a bunch of liars, cheats and frauds. I would warn each one of you reading the review to be very very careful dealing with the company, the loss would be yours.

Sairung’s Solus project is a service apartment project. The object of the project was cleared at the beginning of the booking an apartment in the project. It was also cleared that possession of the apartment will not be handed over to the client as they can enjoy the monetary benefit per month on a profit sharing basis.
We have made sure that the payments were made on a timely basis. As per the terms and conditions the company has already imparted the benefits to every owner of the apartment not only with monthly income but also by giving them great returns on their investment when they opted to sell their flat. Mr Barun we have bought your flat back at the market rate also and have paid your entire amount years ago.
