Through my friend who stay in pune I had enquired about this project they told me. It was good property for investing it seems and also they had visited the plot to check everything and get all the details for me.

However, my bad luck that the experience is horrible and would not suggest to invest your hard earned income to buy any property from Sairung developers. It's being a year now that I am trying to get my money back however get only bad response wherein my payments are detailed. My literally transferred from one person to another and completely feedback with the follow-ups. I am adviced that in case they don't respond I should go for lodging a complaint about them.
