The Builder has a project near Q city(Financial District)called "P.R Green View". He has been delaying the project to completion for over a year now.

He does not stick to his commitment and always gives excuses and blames the client for his delay.

Does not have the Courtesy and ethics to talk to a customer who has booked an apartment in his project and throws around his bloody attitude
