They will sell you built-up area and handover super built-up area. Even they harass by charging more than the agreed amount. Lot of mistakes in documentation also. If you want to waste your money and spoil the peace of mind only then go to this company. Its better to buy any standalone apartment than buying any project from this company. If there was negative rating then this company deserves minus 100.
